My toilet wqs clogged for an extended period i had told the front desk and no one ever dealt with it. The entire second floor smelt like smoke. The fridge wouldnt close correctly.

The worst experience. They cancelled my reservation for no reason whatsoever. It was their mistake, and I had to pay for it. There's a woman there who is the worst; don't talk to her. She won't find a solution; she's awful.
