Had a Manhattan at the bar . It was done well and the bar tender was attentive to our conversation. I was in room 611. The shower was wonderful. I enjoyed the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Bed was very comfortable. Thank You for a TV that didn’t require an electronics degree to operate. I will definitely stay here again

It was a clean hotel and the staff was great. The only negative was they had two young kids above my room and ran around like young kids do and the noise of the feet banging was loud. Also the hotel bathrooms are loud when customer flush and you can hear it. When their are people flushing at 12:35 at night you can hear it

The in room coffee was sub par: nearly undrinkable. For close to 200 dollars per night they could improve the quality of their in room coffee and tea service. Some small detail like that costs Pennie’s per room to improve, and goes far towards enhancing the customer experience. Better in room coffee would guarantee repeat bookings.
