The pool was not working which was the reason we picked the hotel for our daughter. They never told us at check in. There was no additional bedding in the room for the pull out. The water machine in the gym was not working along with many machines. Don’t expect the bar to be open. It wasn’t. Everyone we seen the staff they were on their phones. Terribly disappointed. The room was nice but that was about it !

Great place to stay!

What a pleasant surprise. The Residence Inn is in a sort of transport business area but it was quiet, clean and for the price extremely comfortable. Of course, there are no views but the service and amenities (gym, pool) make up for it as well as the breakfast of (free-range) eggs and (soy) milk options!

Service was slow, faucet wouldn’t stop putting out water in the bathroom even though I turned the knob off, the toilet was constantly making water noises my entire stay, the bed was hard, the pillows were cheap and uncomfortable, and when I walked into the room, I wasn’t sure if it was actually ready for my stay. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned by the maid.

Uncomfortable bed

I uh had fairly good experience for the 8 days. I stayed clean beautiful space good parking.The only complaint I had was that the bed much too firm, I ended up with the back ache. I askd the staff. They have different rooms with softer beds. Their reply was no, they're all the same, but you could use the pull up sofa.

The property and staff were good, but when I went to get into bed there was multi blood stains on the sheets and comforter. The front desk delivered new sheets to my room so I had to strip the bed and remake it myself.
