After staying here last year , which was unpleasant My husband and I stayed decided to give Oaks Casino Towers a second chance. We stayed for 2 nights, 29th January to 31st January, we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Wow, we booked a one bedroom river view and informed reception how disappointing our last stay was. To our amazement we weee given a 2 bedroom, river view apartment. This was an exceptional apartment, spotless, quiet and the views were incredible. Definitely will come back again. Thankyou for an Anniversary to remember

The motel were having some water issues so there were noisy machines being used, however in the room the noise was barely audible. Very handy position for restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public and private transportation.

We loved the location, the view is perfect, loved the comfort of the bed, the roominess, kitchen was adequate,l and washer dryer was great, shower had great pressure and air con and fridge worked well once adjusted. Unfortunately the foyer at reception and all of downstairs was being renovated and air con wasn't working making it a muggy sweat pit in the stifling heat, and the pool/spa was overly chlorinated giving me a rash to P of my body (I took photos.) Made my night unbearable as no chemists were open that evening to purchase antihistamines. Otherwise we both enjoyed our stay

While the location was convenient, the apartment was drab and only partially clean. We couldn’t open the sliding door or use the balcony as our view of the neighbouring building’s air conditioning units were too loud. I would not recommend staying here.

My home away from home!!

This is my home away from home, downtime and me space. Everything is easy, the staff are wonderful and always helpful. Any challenges are dealt with quickly and friendly. I'm only sad this time around the spa wasn't working, as that's my biggest ME time, lol, oh well next time.
