The room was very filthy blood on the sheet brown markings on the sheets Carpet Stained bathroom mouldy toilet not cleaned absolutely disgusting so disappointed wasted money would of been better to find a patch of grass at south bank and sleeping there

My stay was probably marred by the fact I arrived late after a big day of travel and my ground floor room's window opened onto the rubbish bins. Hot wet garbage smells and followed up by noise at 5AM next morning throwing rubbish into said bins. At least i didn't pay too much for this stay, but the stay did not live up to the advertising.

Staff was top notch facilities meh not so much

The staff was incredibly helpful, courteous and pleasant however the facility itself wasnt great . I would categorize it as a motel not hotel . The tv didn’t work , I had issues with access to the laundry room ( got locked out ) I was only there 5 days so I didn’t want to complain to much but if another trip to Brisbane is in the future I d be looking elsewhere for my stay

Riverside Hotel

Room was adequate but needed work - curtains sagging and let in light, mattresses lumpy and needed replacement. The location of the hotel was excellent if you want to be close to the cultural precinct in Southbank and close to good restaurants.

Rooms have plenty of space and located central to eateries and entertainment- not happy with housekeeping no cleaning done just rubbish removed had to ask for clean towels etc. Never had this problem before.

This hotel is sketchy!!! I have a little one with me, and she almost got hurt by another guest. She was on dr*gs or something and wanted to steal my daughter’s belonging. The front desk had to call the police. He saw the whole thing. we stayed 3 nights and 2 out of the 3 nights, our rooms were not clean. Front desk name Holly is VERY extremely RUDE! She needs more trainings
