For guests who want to experience all that Hochatown offers, the cabin is ideally located just minutes from restaurants, the casino, the lake, wineries, shopping, go-carts, and much more.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen invites culinary creativity, featuring a large center island that serves as a gathering space for family and friends. A charming see-through fireplace enhances the cozy atmosphere, providing warmth and a touch of elegance to both the inviting living room and the bedroom.
Step outside onto the back deck, an ideal sanctuary for enjoying your morning coffee. This outdoor space features an outdoor fireplace, a gas grill, and a TV for your entertainment. It’s also perfect for unwinding in the soothing waters of the covered hot tub, allowing you to relax while surrounded by the sounds of nature. Additionally, large HDTVs in both the living area and the bedroom ensure that all your entertainment needs are met during your stay.
The bathroom is a standout feature of the home that attracts much attention. It features a spacious shower with multiple settings and invigorating jets, providing a refreshing experience. A luxurious soaking tub also invites you to indulge in relaxation, making it the perfect sanctuary for unwinding after a long day.

**Cabin Details**

**Check-in and Check-out** Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The cabin features a keypad for check-in, and each guest will receive a unique code for their stay. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival.

**Cleaning Protocol** The cabin and hot tub are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay.

**Starter Supplies** A starter supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion is provided. The cabin also features a fully equipped kitchen, and towels and linens are supplied for your stay.

**Accommodation** The cabin includes one king bed and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. It sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.

**Bathroom Features** The full bathroom features double sinks, a separate toilet area, a large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

**Fireplaces** There are both indoor and outdoor gas log fireplaces with a timer switch for easy operation.

**Grilling** A gas grill is available on the back deck, and propane is provided.

**Internet & TV** Wi-Fi and Dish Network are included with the rental; however, service is a convenience and cannot be guaranteed due to the cabin's rural location.


**Electric Hookup** The cabin is equipped with an electric hookup for an RV or electric car.

**Pet Policy** No pets are allowed. Failure to comply with this policy will result in an additional charge of $200 per night and potential eviction without a refund. Service animals must be registered prior to arrival with proof of certification.

**Smoking Policy** No smoking is allowed inside the cabin. Violating this policy will incur an additional charge of $200 per night and may result in eviction without a refund.

**Security Monitoring** We have exterior cameras to monitor the entrances of our home.

Exterior cameras are scheduled to be installed at the entrance doors. They will be on and monitored by an outside company.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. WiFi is free in public spaces.
