Great hotel; friendly staff

Great hotel, close to the airport; staff very friendly and efficient - under particularly difficult conditions the night I was there, due to an airline flight cancellation and an influx of visitors.

Great hotel for Heathrow. Lots of parking available and frequent shuttle to airport available (£6.50). Good dining in the hotel and others around it. On a well lit main road if you want to walk/run.

Lovely hotel warm and inviting. We had a very tasty meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good with a great variety of dishes, coffee was terrible though. I later saw the Starbucks near the lobby wish Id known I would have gone there. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful and polite. Will stay again.

The bus is walking distance from the hotel. One of my favorite hotels that I’ve stayed at. Helpful staff. They have a restaurant inside the hotel. There are some other choices on that street.
