Great location for visiting Bruges!

Ideally located for visiting Bruges, really friendly, helpful staff, hotel bar is really nice, relaxing and cosy and very reasonable. We stayed in a family room for one night, beds were big and room was spacious and clean including bathroom. Would stay there again and recommend.

All round nice hotel

Was only in Bruges for 2 nights and the hotel was fairly close to the centre and also walking distance to the train station. Well Bruges is quite small so chances are you shouldn't be far from anything. Hotel was very clean spacious and comfortable. If anything it was getting a little tired looking and on the second night there was a smell along our corridor, the first night it was covered up with air freshener or something. Have to give credit to the guy who checked us in, I think his name may have been Ronnie -sorry if I got that wrong... We got there very late and he could not find our booking even though we had prepaid. He was very relaxed about got us a room which was even upgraded due to availabity, overall very pleasant to deal with.

Hottest room in the world

Our room air conditioning was broken and our room we couldn't open the window because there was construction works all night. Not great for my 8 month pregnant wife. Not happy about this stay!!!

Excellent place to stay

Lovely hotel with large rooms + large comfy beds even in twin rooms. Staff gave 1st class service

Hôtel proche du centre

Hôtel très bien situé mais un peu vieillissant. La literie est un peu vieille, des courants d'air dans la chambre et un chauffage un peu "fatiguée" la déco et le ménage sont soignés

Rauhallinen lepoloma Jouluna

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen lähellä vanhaa keskustaa ja kuitenkin autolla hyvin saavutettavassa paikassa. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Eritoten nuorimies hotellin baarissa oli aivan loistava. Muutama kritiikin sana on kuitenkin paikallaan: Yllätykseksemme ei neljän tähden hotellin yöpymishintaan kuulunutkaan aamiainen. Lisäksi sen hinta oli tarjontaan nähden ja suomalaisittain katsoen melkoinen, noin 20 euroa per henkilö. Tämän ylimääräisen maksun lisäksi tuli vielä Bryggen kaupunkivero vajaa 5 euroa/vrk. Hotellin nettisivut antavat hieman harhaanjohtavan kuvan myös auton pysäköinnistä. Siellä on vain symboli pysäköinnistä, mistä voi saada sen kuvan, että se on hotellin asukkaille ilmainen. Suomessa esim. hotelli ilmoittaa sivuillaan aina onko parkkipaikka ilmainen vai maksullinen. Se tieto olisi hyvä olla sivustolla, sillä nyt se oli maksullinen, kuitenkin melko edullinen. Hotellihuoneesta näki, että ajan hammas oli hieman nakertanut huoneita jotkut huonekalut olivat kuluneet, kylpyhuoneen partapeili repsotti, remonttimies oli jättänyt pysyvän jalanjälkensä kylpyhuoneen kynnykselle. Lisäksi huoneen suunnittelussa oli hankala epäkohta sammuttaakseen illalla yleisvalon tai jopa lukuvalonsa joutui nousemaan sängystä ylös. Tosin kalustin yöpöydän uudelleen ja sain lukuvalon sammutettua. Näistä huolimatta voin suositella tunnelmallista hotellia.
