Lovely little hotel in lovely little posh area, felt very safe there. VERY comfy beds. Downsides: Found few hairs on bed and bath 😕, otherwise very clean. Plus you can hear lift going up and down quite lot. Would def come back again.

Bien pour un weekend

Pros: Personnel agréable Chambre spacieuse Petite cuisine équipée
Cons: Insonorisation Un peu plus de lumière dans les chambres
Location: Restaurants Proche du métro pour se rendre au centre Rue commerçante Vie nocturne
Nous sommes venues faire un petit séjour de 5 jours entre copines. L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté d'un arrêt de metro. Il y a une rue pleine de restaurants juste à côté, des magasins ainsi que des bars et boîtes de nuits diverses. Le personnel est souriant, serviable et très sympa. Pour le nettoyage, nous avions un studio qui n'est pas nettoyé pendant le séjour ou sur demande pour 14 euros. Il serait tout de même agréable d'avoir une chambre au moins propre lors de séjour de plus de 3 jours ou de mettre à disposition un balai ou un petit aspirateur. Les chambres sont parfaites pour 2 personnes, le seul hic est l'insonorisation... Nous avions l'impression que quelqu'un rentrait dans notre chambre à chaque fois que nos voisins entraient ou sortaient. Dans l'ensemble c'est un très bon hôtel avec des gens sympathiques et un rapport qualité/ prix très correct.

Hieno matka

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, mutta ilmastointi on hyvin heikko. Oli tosi kuuma sisätiloissa. Muuten hotelli oli ok.

It was fine

The hotel was ok, if you only need a place to sleep in, the room in the pictures is cleaner than the reality. However, the room contain a small like kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove...etc. and it would be really useful for some

peu mieux faire

sympa sans plus en revanche les femmes de menage qui essaye de vous mettre a la porte a 9h alors qu on une chambre jusqu a 12h c inadmissible et le parking payant a 18 euro un peu cher mais bon peu mieux faire mais y a mieux ailleurs c clair

Bon emplacement

Personnel professionnel très bon emplacement À améliorer la propreté (cheveux retrouves sur le rideau de douche), rajouter des gobelets de douche, rideau de douche positionne au milieu de la baignoire et maintenir le chauffage en cas de baisse de température. Petit déjeuner un peu cher; choix standard. Personnel accueillant

Très belle surprise

J'avais un peu peur au vue de certains commentaires, mais au final vraiment une agréable surprise , l'hôtel est bien situé dans Bruxelles, la chambre est très propre et l'électro ménager était tout neuf ! Les chambres ont toutes été refaite en 2013, acceuil agréable, bel hall d'entrée avec boissons chaude a volonté proposés. Les chambres sont bien comme sur la photo. Je n'ai pas eu a me plaindre du bruit, interieur comme extérieur, je n'ai rien entendu quand la fenetre était fermée (et pourtant avec toutes les sirènes et les camions qui stationne en bas, il y aurait de quoi). Pas de frais suppl l'arrivée ni au retour. Ebo***** nous fait réaliser une belle économie sur le tarif réel proposé sur le site officiel ! J'ai eu une standardiste de France qui gère ces hotels (car le numéro affiché sur leur site ne fonctionne pas, on tombe sur une banque) et elle m'avait dit de prendre de la vaisselle. Que nenni ! Vaisselle et serviette sont prêtées, nous ne faisons pas d'inventaire ni de ménage (il est fait avant et après). Les seuls bémols c'est comme déjà lu, le fait qu'il n'y ai qu'une chaise, dans une chambre pour deux prévue pour manger, cela est un peu léger, le fait qu'effectivement la literie est assez dure, et qu'il n'y ai pas de clim, en été cela doit etre une torture ! Et le pris du petit déj, non inclus (14 euros). Je n'y ai pas gouté mais peut etre cela vaut le coup ? Il y a un parking mais payant 18 euros a la journée, sinon tout autour du site c'est parcmètre de 9h30 à 20h30... En espérant que cela ai pu en aider quelques un, en tout cas si j'ai a me redeplacer, je prendrais certainement cette chaine d'hotel qui en a un peu partout dans le monde sans soucis !
