I booked this including breakfast. But when I got there I was told it was not included and I would have to pay extra. I did not want to pay for breakfast twice over so I declined. I paid ebookers a higher rate for breakfast, an instruction that has not been past to the hotel. I want a refund of about £16 which if memory serves, is approximately the extra I paid, for a service I did not receive. I believe ebookers is responsible for this, rather than the hotel.

Walking distance to most of the attractions, museums, bus tour stops. Plenty of bars/restaurants close by. Not on main road so generally quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Only criticism, there was major works to one of the lifts which was very noisy in the morning.

Room was too warm and little bit shabby. Had to sleep window open and noise from the street was loud. Extra coffee table in the room was useless, in the little room just took all the space. Looked like a storage. Breakfast ok.
