A nice hotel in a great location. Everything was clean and breakfast very good (although service sometimes slow). The reception staff were extremely friendly and attentive.

Central location

Pros: Coffee, Tea, Water, snacks and lemonade provided until 5pm. Fab breakfast. Great location. Balcony.
Cons: Pillows too flat
Location: Short walking distance to most things - St Stephens Basilika, Shoes on the Danube, Parliament building, Budapest Eye, Cruises on the Danube.
Great hotel from start to finish, and only a short walk to everything we were interested in. Nice touch to provide complimentary water, tea/coffee through the day - especially when the weather is so warm. As usual I really struggle sleeping with pillows that are not my own - I found the hotel pillows to be really flat, but not enough to make a fuss - I am sure if I had asked, others would have been provided. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Budapest.

Great hotel, lovely stay

Pros: The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean with big windows.
Cons: A smart TV that allows for Netflix access or more international/english TV channels The hot tub is quite small and very, very hot.
Location: The hotel is very near to the zoo/spa/ice rink on the 72 bus
We stayed just a few nights but it was great. I would love though if the TV was a smart TV so that we could use something like Netflix as there was only 1 other English TV channel apart from the News.

Lovely friendly hotel

Pros: Clean & friendly staff with great amenities and good location.
Cons: The air conditioning was to hot & the toilet door should hav3 a proper door.
Location: Very close to the parliament building & city centre all in walking distance.
Lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a great range of choices all of which were very tasty. We recommend this hotel.
