The M Hotel is a best kept secret. It is absolutely beautiful. The courtyard, pool, fitness center were great to use and enjoy. It’s location to shops and restaurants were an additional asset. The Staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

The property is located in an area with many restaurants and shopping options The rooms are dated. One major issue, we had blood on the bathroom toilet paper and that cause much undue anxiety and concern as unknown body fluid. I bought to attention of front desk employee, whom was also very unsettled and stated she would pass onto housekeeping and management. I followed up with email on 2025-07-21 to hotel directly with photo I took of the toilet paper with the blood clearly on the roll, and to date no response to my concerns to ensure no future guests have to encounter this unsanitary issue in the future. The front desk clerk was very understanding to my concerns, but unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again and will advise family members and friends of my experience. It definitely speaks volumes that my email went unnoticed, even when it involves the health of guests.

My stay overall was okay, when I arrived check in was quick & easy, the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. I went up to My room and the first thing I did was check my bedding! Both beds had stains the first bed had blood splatters on the mattress covers and the second bed had a big yellow almost urine looking stain! I pulled the curtains back and there was trash and a dirty plastic cup on the floor in the corner of the window. The bathroom was decent. The sink had buildup residue in it and was also cracked. The tub’s paint was chipped. And when I went to take a shower that night I turned on the shower and the water was spraying from the tub spout and not fully from the shower head. The only thing i complained to the front desk about was the bedding, I was too tired and didn’t wanna trouble them. When I did complain they fixed it immediately! The upsides of the Hotel was the food from the bar was good and so was the breakfast in the morning! The atmosphere was also nice.
