Das Personal war super. Leider hatten wir Wetterpech und Stromausfall, somit nur Licht von einer Taschenlampe, keine Heizung und kein Warmwasser. Das Personal hat wirklich Alles gegeben. Zu einer anderen Jahreszeit gerne wieder.

Liebe Ina,Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für La Alqueria Blanca entschieden haben. Wie Sie selbst sagten, hatten Sie Pech mit dem großen Sturm auf Mallorca und den damit verbundenen Problemen. Wir haben Ihnen jedoch die Möglichkeit einer Rückerstattung und eines Hotelwechsels gegeben, aber Sie wollten nicht wechseln. Der Stromausfall und seine Folgen waren nicht die Schuld des Hotels, sondern der Gegend, und wir konnten nur warten, bis die Arbeiter das Problem behoben hatten. Wir entschuldigen uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und hoffen, Sie bei einer anderen Gelegenheit wiederzusehen.Mit freundlichen GrüßenBeatriz Saura
