We had another fantastic stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, as always. I’d definitely recommend this place for young families, there’s so much to keep the little ones entertained, including an indoor heated pool, mini golf, tennis courts, volleyball, and easy beach access. The villa was well equipped, with a washing machine and dryer, which was a big plus for us. It’s also located in a quiet, peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Looking forward to our next visit!

Rooms were large and the surrounds were quiet. A short walk to the beach and there is a beach front walk down to Bussellton Jetty. Self parking and easy to drive anywhere. I would think during busy times, summer holidays etc, it would be very busy so booking early would be good as it looked really good for families too. Will stay again.

Set nicely in gardened and woody areas. Attached to another unit. Great if you want to share an adjoining door. But not if you dont want to hear the others conversations. Very cold in winter but air conditioning was great. Easy access to town of Busselton and Dunsborough. Good price for rooms.

Property was good. Queen bed felt like it was getting abit tired, but was adequate. Lounge areas spacious with room for all. Asked for a heater in minor bedroom as it was abit cold and they quickly delivered one which was good. Easy parking and accessibility.

Rooms are a little dated but very clean and well maintain. Beds are comfortable. It is a good alternative to staying in Margaret River which is only about a 30min drive away. There are several dining options just about a 5min drive away near the Busselton jetty. Its close to many of the attractions in the area - and view points etc

Nice location and grounds overall. Unfortunately the provided towel came with a dehydrated cockroach which I didn’t notice until I started using the towel. Luckily it came back to life after I knocked it off my body and it hit the wet floor. Also found a spider in the bed in the morning. The place was quiet enough but sleeping with light through the gaps in the curtains, with a parking light outside, was difficult.
