Amazing experience in BĂșzios. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We stayed at the Master Suite and the view was amazing! We had dinner at aGaleria and it was by far the best food we ate in BĂșzios. All employees were very attentive but Evison really made our trip special. Everytime he passed by us he greeted us with smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be back. Thank you!

Our stay at InsĂłlito was nothing short of spectacular! The pictures simply don't do justice to the beauty and vibe of this hotel. The stunning overview of Ferradura Beach, the lush gardens, the exquisite decor, and the perfect pool all contribute to an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best we've ever had. The service was just as impressive, with every detail meticulously attended to, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. A special shoutout to Raisa at the bar and restaurant, who was fantastic! An added bonus is the hotel's proximity to a very chill beach club with live music right in front of the beach, which hotel guests can access for free. Staying at InsĂłlito was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit to BĂșzios, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay.

Excepcional hotel! Too notch facilities, location and staff. Very well impressed. One comment. There is a dish in menu “Ancho defumado” that definitely needs to be taken out of their great menu. This one, although meat is of good quality, lacks taste, harmonization so not satisfied at all. I voiced this to hotel staff and really hope they take out of the menu. I do want and will be back the hotel that is 5 star. My feedback is indeed as an opportunity for improvement
