Hotel com boas piscinas, mas intalaçoes de quarto muito antigas e desconfortáveis. A comida do restaurante totalmente sem gosto e os atendentes em sua maioria sem treinamento para receber turistas.

O ponto negativo, banheiro muito pequeno, nao tem ventilação para saida de odores, com isso quarto fica com cheiro orivel, com infiltracoes nas pardes da pia, falta uma janela acima da banheira Ponto possitivo... Infelizmente a famosa "água quente" de Caldas Novas não estava presente no quarto! Não sei dizer o motivo, mas a água do chuveiro / banheira poderiam estar mais quentes. Quanto ao estado do quarto há a necessidade de reparos pontuais.
