A recepção é muito fraca, passou várias informações erradas e omitiu outras. Quarto só é limpo se solicitado na recepção. Não tem garagem e a que disponibilizam possui preço exorbitante. O ar condicionado não funcionou precisando de limpeza na minha chegada.

A equipe de recepção poderia ter mais bom senso , o estacionamento estava quase totalmente vazio , e mesmo assim falaram que o estacionamento cortesia e apenas para quem reserva do hotel direto . Poderia ter sido melhor se não houvesse baratas dentro do quarto. Durante a noite parecia que eu seria carregada por elas. Logo pela manhã conversei com a administradora do quarto e nada foi resolvido. O que era para ser uma comemoraçao de aniversário de casamento se tornou um pesadelo devido ao grande número de baratas que surgiram e ao meu medo extremo que senti das mesmas.
