Bad value for money!!

Bad and poor hotel. The facilities were so poor that it didn’t gave us no chance to enjoy the stay there. I first rom we have received was terrible, so I asked to upgrade, although it was not a great deal and the room was not a really upgrade, excluding the see view.

The property is very well taken care of and all areas were clean. Our first room was in need of some refurbishing with the pull out sofa looking very used and also unable to completely close. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated the next day. That room was so much better! The staff at the hotel was very nice and attentive. Breakfast has a good variety and I highly recommend the station where you can order sopes, huaraches, chilaquiles and quesadillas, very fresh and tasty! The woman making them is also super nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and also return in the future.

I love the hotel, it needs a little update but in general I think it’s a great place, staff is very nice and helpful, I would have liked that it had another restaurant. It has one of the best beaches in Cancun, quiet and clean, very safe area and extremely convenient.

The beach was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was excellent, particularly the made to order foods. Lots of options on the buffet. All staff were nice and helpful. I worked during this stay and WIFI was excellent and stable. Many little amenities that were appreciated, ice machines, convenience store, laundry facilities. Pool was very nice. The room was fairly standard but I have no complaints. Alejandro at the Palapa restaurant was super nice and tolerated all my first day questions about Cancun. The cooks for the omelette and grill were my favorites. Thanks again!!

We enjoyed our stay. Great staff, good food, & rooms are lovely. The only part we didn’t like is whenever we would sleep, the window by the street sounded like it was open (it wasn’t) & it was very loud throughout the night. Overall we had a blast though.

Stayed for 10 days and everything was excellent except had to move rooms because the air conditioner leaked and they tried to fix it twice and didn’t fix it. With that being said the receptionist lady moved me to a better room bigger tv and close to pool. Close to everything.Ocean and beach clean for swimming! Pool is amazing. Free breakfast was great too! Omelette bar pancakes or waffles each day. Tons of fruit and cereal and juice

If you are looking for a beach that has not been affected by the seaweed issues in Cancun stay here. Crystal clear calm waters perfect for floating! Not saturated with crowds, nice and quiet. Beach service could have been better but it’s 100 steps to the bar or food.

A great place in Cancun

Stayed here to cap-off a trip along the Mayan Train route, and thought it was an excellent place: very clean, well-organized location, helpful staff, a decent restaurant with a great view. This is a great option if you're looking for a somewhat smaller and non-overly-resorty feel for your Cancun trip, and one with quick and direct access to the beach, with an ample supply of covered sunloungers. Would definitely stay here again!
