Oveall a great choice, take into account that at night it's noisy becaouse of the shows they provide. If you're not taking part of them you'll have to endure it.

Resort was very pretty. Beach was clean and beautiful. Room was also nice and clean. I will say the bartenders were mediocre and very forgetful. My friend ordered three drinks and the guy brought her all different ones that she did not order. Drinks were watered down and all sugary. BARTENDERS need to be trained on how to make cocktails. They weren’t even blended or mixed properly. Staff were not that friendly either to be honest. Didn’t really interact with anyone I noticed. The food was really bad and always cold no matter what. The choices were the same every single day which got boring after day 2. The coffee place had no expresso since it broke/stopped working. After two days it still wasn’t fixed. I asked for an ice coffee and was told it doesn’t start till 10. Who doesn’t serve coffee any time, all day? Frappachinos take 5 seconds to make and that was also only at 10 am as well. I asked the coffee bar if I can get my ice cream in a cup instead of a cone, she said “I am sorry that is for coffee.” I COULD NOT GET A CUP????? Two restaurants were closed on Thursdays? I mean common, we pay all this money. Overall great trip and it was a great vacation.

Staff was great. Malissa was an excellent employee. She helped us throughout our stay. Bartenders were great and the staff at the restaurants were wonderful. Best beach in the area. Kid friendly. We walked to Starbucks and felt very safe. Shopped across the street. Walk about 5 minutes and you get to their version of a Walmart. Felt safe

We stayed in the Honeymoon Plunge Pool room and no other room we’ve stayed at other resorts compares to this. The room was beautiful and a great location. Ricardo is amazing in the Preferred check in/ concierge. We had great service at the Himitsu from Oscar and Christian. When we arrived they tried to give us a completely different room, which was a complete shock, but thankfully that was resolved and we got the room I booked. Wish there were more lunch options. We felt the buffet was terrible and gave off an unclean appearance around the food. Other than that, the food was good. Overall we had a marvelous time. Beach is hands down one of the most beautiful resort beaches.

The service and staff are amazing!! Misael is our favorite person on the beach! He never lets our drinks run out!! Sandra over at the spa gives amazing massages! Pastor over at the restaurants was always so attentive making us delicious food!! Made me my favorite drink, agua de Chaya . They truly make us feel like family. We’ve been here like 6 times and will continue returning!

I have to say this hotel all inclusive was really great I was here with my 9year old daughter. The staff are super friendly and very nice. Angel was amazing with service with beach towels and seats and alexjandro serving food and drinks on beach. I would give this place 5 stars but the food could be a lot better. Also I saw two kids including my daughter who cut their toes in the big pool the side where the hot tub is the tiles on the bottom of the pool were broken or missing. Other than that we had a great time. I would give this place another try. Thanks for the memories Mexico ❤️❤️
