Very good location Helpful and polite staff Something , they play music too loud. Good breakfast, average lunch Big rooms with quiet A/C, but make the rooms very cold, You can turn off, but you can’t regulate A/C Good shower with very hot water. Properly is nice looking Gorgeous view from balcony Condition of rooms not too great. Good bed and pillows, but blankets not too good Good choice only if the beach is most important feature to you.

It’s an older resort in need of upgrades. The food overall was pretty good but the service in restaurants was pretty bad..like 2 hours waiting for your food bad. The entertainment was nonexistent as was the pool services. 20 lounge chairs for the main pool with empty cabanas that they charged you to sit in at an “all inclusive resort.” They also charged extra for our large party to be seated together for dinner. $250 extra!!

Room was clean and spacious but most rooms in this resort are without balcony. Staff friendly and available. Entertainment is very limited. Delicious dinners at restaurants, breakfast at buffet average. Very limited choice of drinks at the bars. Really nice beach, family friendly.

The room was fine. When we got there a couole pillows had a really bad odor to them. At night time its like party life so dont plan on getting any sleep until 11 or 12.

Great stay! All staff members were extremely friendly. Shout out to Abraham and Andy at El Patio, amazing dining experience and shoutout to Isaac at the preferred beach area. Went as a solo female traveler and I felt very safe. Food was good and numerous options, beach absolutely stunning! And the room with ocean front balcony was the way to go. Will stay again. Thank you all for the wonderful stay!

Staff was curtious but there were several strange rules. The pools close for the night at 8 pm, and the pool bars close early too. The rooms were a bit ruff as well.
