The resort is not well maintained and the rooms are disgusting. Out of all the resorts I have stayed at in Cancun this is by far the worse. Pictures are very misleading. Only the people at the front desk speak English. The food at the buffets was just as bad. The restaurants were the best thing here. Especially the Italian restaurant. The food was actually really good. There is also a lot of construction going on here. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs. I never leave a review but this was by far my worst stay. Book at your own risks.

Worst service ever! Staff was rude. All the channels were in Spanish! Told staff and they said they cant help! Shower was moldy! I attempted to invite a friend to stop by and they said no and then tried to bribe us and say he can come up if he pays $45. This hotel is a joke!

Half of the hotel is closed.... they even closed a pool while we were there. They fenced it down. They ask you to buy a bottle to get a reservation at the restaurant fasano Room service staff drink your beers from the fridge in the room while they fix your room
