Kempinski Hotel Cancún offers 363 accommodations with iPod docking stations and minibars. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with cable channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 50+ Mbps). Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs, and phones. Additionally, rooms include espresso makers and safes. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily. Amenities available on request include hypo-allergenic bedding. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in January 2023.

We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding vow renewal, and from the very beginning, the staff made sure it was a truly unforgettable experience. They helped us plan the entire celebration with incredible care and attention to detail. A special thank you to Salma, who made sure every element—from the big moments to the smallest touches—was handled perfectly for me and my family. As a welcome surprise, one of our rooms was upgraded upon arrival. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently outstanding. The staff regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were always one step ahead of our requests. One thing that really stood out: during our excursions, our family was the only group picked up and dropped off right at the hotel entrance—while other guests from nearby hotels had to cross busy streets. It made us feel genuinely cared for. The Casitas restaurant team deserves special praise. During dinner, my husband and I had a late-night craving for burgers—and even though it wasn’t on the dinner menu, they kindly let us order from the lunch menu. That kind of flexibility and warmth really impressed us.
