We went as a family group we were disappointed with services ,food,drinks,service,dirty rooms Long lines to get a drink same times there were no cups So you can get a drink foot was really bad the same every day Our family were very disappointed restaurants you had to wait an hour to get a table We won’t return to that hotel again Really bad experience

Nosotros nos encanta cancun, es la primera vez q el resort no lleno para nada nuestras expectativas. 1. Duramos 2 horas para el check in 2. El servicio de llegada y maletas terrible ! 3 . Las habitaciones nesecitan update 4. Cuando haces tu reserva no informan q manejan 2 brazaletes. No es todo incluido como venden el resort. 5 . La atención es terrible . 6 a todo momento te estan molestando para la charla que te venden 7no dejan ingresar uber tienes q caminar hasta la entrada 8. No compren el tour a la playa delfin esta a 2 minutos y el uber $2 dolares. Y el ingreso es gratis. No regresaria a este hotel jamas

what surprised me was the lack of information given to us during booking and check-in. when we arrived we were told we owed $40 for a environmental fee and $30 cash for a spring breakers fee. the environmental fee I was happy to pay but the cash only fee was very inconvenient since we are not informed before arrival, due to the high atm fees that could've been avoided. Another thing that needs to be addressed is what restaurants and bars were available to each wrist band. This was constantly a problem due to no information being posted before hand or at the resort. an easy way this could've been avoided was a sheet/map showing which wrist band can go where. the beach and pool were amazing, it was being cleaned every morning we were there and the variety of atmosphere's was great for deciding where to sit that day. One more thing that would've improved our stay was a list of the events going on throughout the day/night. this would've gave people stuff to look forward to each day instead of being confused what is going on and where. overall it was a good college senior spring break to celebrate our hard work but major improvements could be made on the communication of the resort and staff.

The outside areas are very nice. Great pool and beautiful views. Included alcohol was absolutely bottom shelf. The hotel was ridiculously loud very late until about 4am) every night. Food was average. Spa was nice for massage and sauna, but could not use the steam room-it smelled like sewage.
