Place was dirty, many things broken such outlets, shower doors broken used paper under bed and besides bed, trash no tv antenna connected Locks and windows rust.

The property size was great and loved having a kitchenette. However the water was cold so I wasn't able to take a shower. Had to wait over an hour to be let in by the private owner which was annoying. And the lady that worked the gift shop was so rude. Also they were doing construction on the property. I had to take the elevator to the room and it almost broke down on me.

Don't expect much for the money. Pros: There is a convenience store run by a Canadian lady in the complex - Pool and beach are very close Cons: Elevator wasn't working because they were doing construction. I was told this the minute of check in. They said they tried calling me on my Canadian number while I was in Mexico for a week before. They should've emailed. I was on third floor No plugs with three pins to charge your laptop and work Fridge was turned off and they didn't send a cleaner to clean the water in the kitchen and sitting area. A bag was left forgotten with cleaning sprays by the entrance. The plug in the kitchen was making electric mass The curtains were put wrong way in bedroom. Noisy road and noisy A/C unit in the bedroom Wifi keeps disconnecting

L'hôte est très sympathique via WhatsApp, l'emplacement est bon, bord de mer, residence bien équipée, quartier plus au calme mais suffisamment près en bus / voiture des animations. En revanche l'appartement mériterait vraiment un rafraîchissement (les menuiseries partent en brioche, la porte d'entrée branquebalante, la déco viellissante, fortes odeurs d'humidité...). De plus, étant en bord de route il est très bruyant. Pour une nuit c'était très bien. Mais je n'y passerai pas la semaine.

Excelente para pasar vacaciones en familia

Excelente ubicación un lugar tranquilo se siente uno en casa el personal de vigilancia muy amable y la arrendadora además de amable y estar pendiente tuvo un detalle muy lindo , se dio cuenta que la niña cumplía años y le llevo un pastel lo cual de verdad fue muy agradable, vista al mar y a la laguna
