The hotel was great; however, there were some issues (below). First, I have to say that the hotel itself, and especially the staff, were excellent! Super friendly, eager to please, clean hotel, great breakfast, little convenience, store inside that wasn’t expensive, great room, etc.! I would stay there again for sure. The only negative issues was the promised free transportation from the airport was a big problem. This is not the Hotel‘s fault from what I understand. You book the shuttle 48 hours in advance, but our flight was delayed and there was zero way to contact the transport company to tell them that. When I tried to call the hotel about this delay, I literally called 15 or more times and could not get anyone to answer. Once I did, they could not give me an answer as to what to do about the shuttle, so what happened was we did not have a free shuttle when we finally arrived and had to spend a lot of money on a taxi. Also, because of that, we ran out of cash and the ATM at the hotel did not work. Overall, I don’t want those experiences to reflect on the Hotel negatively. Again, I would stay there again, but I would be way more prepared the next time for those two negative instances. Extra shout out to Ulises, the bartender at the rooftop bar, and to the lady who ran the front desk at night. I forgot to get her name, but she was amazing anytime we had a question.

The Hotel itself was Great! Aside from the smell in the hallways (just too much carpet cleaner) and the work being done outside, everything was great! The room was so spacious and convenient! Very nice! Staff was so helpful

Was a really nice hotel , the front desk service was bad, I do not remember the names , I did buy some stuff from the store and they did not give me the ticket ( they have a sigh that say if you don't receive your ticket report to the manager )I reported to an other front desk agent and she said call the supervisor, she told me in bad manner, the breakfast was from 7 to 10 and I did ask one of the kitchen person to give to me hot water at 10:00 am , and he said we are closed, but you have water in your room, I was mad because I wanted to make a tea , the check inn was a 3:00 pm and by 4:30 did not have the room ready. The AC didn't work, and they didn't want to move us to an other room.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and everything we needed was available in our room. Great service would definitely be staying here. With so many options anywhere I go I try to stay with Marriot Bonvoy theyve never disappointed me. Anything you request like towels etc will be at your door in 2 minutes and the staff always greet you with a smile. Great food at the bar for your convenience and made fresh.
