Just came back from a week at Sunscape. Big special thanks to everyone at the kids club. Ali, Adri, Maria, Ari, Ale and Rubi were fantastic!!! My 9yr old son had a blast! Also special thanks to Hector, the bellboy. He is SO super nice! Def recommend the resort, specially if you have kids.

I've stayed at many all inclusives in Cancun and this one is excellent. 4 restaurants to choose from for dinner, all very good(for all inclusive), buffet for lunch and breakfast is solid, there's a few food cart type stands during the day where you can grab a quick burger or tacos, so cool. The hotel property is very nice. Our room was solid, but we did the beachfront walk out and that was amazing, plus you get your own cabana! During the day they run some cool activities for all ages. Nightlife is ok, shows and activities are kinda eh. Alcohol is fantastic, they don't skimp at all with many good brand names to choose from. Employees are top notch, so friendly and attentive, didn't have one single issue the entire 6 days. The beach is AMAZING. Clean and neat and the water is some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. If you like excursions they have 2 guys that will set up any custom combo you'd like, and they made it so easy booking the activities and transportation. We are 4 people, for $900, we did Cenote swim, zip lining, parasailing, speed boats, and snorkeling, all amazing experiences. All in all I would absolutely recommend this resort for any ages, and I would certainly come back here again.

This place was beautiful with clean room, awesome staff throughout my favorite Person? was Jesus at the inside bar when I had an accident he showed true compassion and kind throughout our trip asking me how I was. The room was spotless. We had a couple little issues with the toilet that did not flush very well and they fixed it promptly. Food was excellent to fair depending on where we ate. Pool beautiful. My favorite was the ocean waves and temperature. Enjoyed using my float!

Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Except for the buffet restaurant, meals should be better. If you are serving small portions, then the food should be superb, otherwise it seems cheap.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was wonderful. It’s a smaller hotel compared to other we have been to before. Traveled with 12 and 6 yo. They have water slides, kids care, kids activities and entertainment. We didn’t try any of the morning activities such as yoga but they do have a daily schedule😁 Food was amazing, really great options, alcoholic drinks were great . We didn’t try all the restaurants but buffet had plenty of choices for us. Gym is big enough for your daily workouts. I want to stay again next time!

The staff at this facility are awesome, from the waiters to the cooks to the bar staff. This was such a wonderful all-inclusive vacation, with a large room, and the beach had no seaweed! Perfect for families.
