Entertainment was excellent from all the activities offered at the resort. Plenty of chairs and cabanas by the beach and great staff service. I would come again and again to Sunscape.

Well, i want to rated that hotel higher, it maybe because it in Cancun.... or not ! Food it good but not excellent, mostly buffet and limited a la carte without reservation. I didn'ttried all of theme but...hotel it also under think of renovation. Cocktails are all to sweet , beer and wine selections are really limited. Room it cool, large king bed with too many pillows! Beach spot it ok, rock spot but that beach it loke 5 km so find your lovely spot if you need, at 5 min of coco bongo. Spa really expensive and you cant uesd theme facilities so no hot tubs in your all inclusive trips if you dont spend extra money.

From check in to check out was fantastic, service, food, staff, cleanliness was all excellent. If I had one complain and it’s a small one. They need to get better soap and shampoo dispensers in the rooms. The bottle are too small for the bracket that holds it. Difficult to get product out of the bottles.

My wife and I recently stayed at Sunscape Cancun for our vacation. Overall, the amenities were solid and the hotel staff were consistently helpful and attentive, especially in the common areas and front-desk service. However, the experience in the restaurants was noticeably different. The restaurant staff did not seem welcoming or courteous during our visits. The level of service we received felt minimal, and it was hard not to question whether this treatment was tied to the fact that we are Asian. Regardless of the reason, the contrast in service quality between the restaurants and the rest of the resort was significant enough to affect our overall impression. Sunscape Cancun has good facilities and potential, but improving the hospitality and attitude of the restaurant teams would make a meaningful difference for all guests.
