This is the quiet Sunset property with free water taxi and free shuttle if you like to visit the other properties, was clean and all the staff was nice ,the food was as expected for the price,can't think of anything I'd change, uber is available in Mx also

The resort is on the lagoon side of the strip which wasn't clear from the property description. The resort is very small, boutique like but the staff is extremely helpful and hard working to compensate for the lack of amenities and not too great location.

Sunset Marina is pretty nice. it’s not beach front but you’ll get the best picturesque sunset. the jacuzzi by the marina seems cool but we didnt get a chance to experience it. Pool time ends at 7pm which we thought a little early. but its alright, we just wish we have more time to use it esp after being outside all day. We love the pool and the pool side bar! Our room is spacious, it has 2 bathrooms which is amazing! We love the room, esp the jacuzzi inside the bedroom. Love the structure of this resort, it’s def giving Santorini vibe. Restaurants are okay, staff are nice, food is okay. The juice in the buffet could be better. Selection of food is good tho. We love the sushi and tepanyaki in the Asian restaurant, the other items in the menu, not so. the pad thai, mongolian beef and ramen didn’t taste like it, but no hate, I thank them for acknowledging my birthday and gave me a birthday cake during the tepanyaki show. Unlike the concierge who asked me twice if we are celebrating something, told them twice that it’s my birthday, but didnt get the cake in the room ( i saw the cakes being delivered to the other room 🙁) but no big deal, all good. Also, concierge didnt mention that we need to make a reservation for tepanyaki, so we failed to do it on the exact date of my bday. Overall experience is great! This is our first time to do all-inclusive and we’d say it’s worth every penny. We would stay here again! A gym would be nice, I hope they add that amenity in the future.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Resort. The staff were amazing, especially Rodrigo. The choices of food and restaurants are great. I had an amazing birthday surprise from the management. The good reviews made me choose Sunset Marina and I was not disappointed. It felt warm, welcoming, and like home.

I highly recommend Senset Resort and Yacht Club in Mexico, especially for travelers from the Middle East. Very nice. The facade does not look like it is a great place but when you get in, i was surprised how nice the place is. Staff are very lovely and food was good. I will definitely go back there next time I am in Cancún.

Smaller resort graet staff food was good and although expedia didt say so thay do have a swim up bar the water taxis and shuttle to there uther resorts were nice for a change and there is a great bar and restaurant at the marina but not part of the resort
