I had an amazing experience at Temptation Resort Cancun! The atmosphere is lively, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the entertainment is top-notch. The rooms are well-maintained, and the overall vibe is perfect for those looking to have a great time. However, there is one issue that stood out—the water from the pipes has an unpleasant smell. It’s something that could definitely be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and I would still recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun and unique getaway in Cancun!

Staff was personable and accommodating! Decor was a bit outdated and the ocean not as blue as on the Hotel Zone. There are no long walks on the sand here. Very hedonistic though!

I didn’t like the smell, the ice machine in our floor #2 didn’t work. The floor tiles in front of the ice machine was broken. I woke in with the sun in my face because the automatic shade in the room didn’t work. And I could keep going but it’s not worth it
