What a great spring break! For the cost and options and as a single parent you really can’t beat Grand Oasis! It’s a beautiful resort and the staff is fantastic !There’s tons of dining options (although I was bummed that the Japanese habachi restaurant is adults only) lots of chairs and loungers. The beach is awesome. Pool is fun and large. Lots of bars! Safe. 10/10 would go again!

Food options and number & variety of restaurants was great! Plenty of seating in lunch buffets. Resort is clean except some bathrooms really needed attention and updating. Pools and patio areas were plentiful, even reserving a cabana was not difficult. Would return and stay again!

I had stay in other Hotels in Cancun but Pyramid Oasis Cancun was a disappointment it needs more detail in cleaning and the customer service is not very attentive I will rate this Hotel a 5 overall service from 1 to 10 it’s definitely a 5 . It has potential but some one in upper management has to do a better job in training and provide the workers with all the tools to be a good Hotel .

The pillow sheets were dirty with makeup and black stains we called and they never change the pillow cases. We asked for one soap and body lotion they never gave us one and we stayed five days at the property. The notices at 3am, 4am on different days was too much we were not able to sleep. I will not be back at the pyramid.

The resort was nice but we were disappointed we couldn’t book at any restaurants and had to eat at the buffet mostly. If you book last Minute and for only two nights like we did, good luck getting dinner reservations in advance. We didn’t enjoy the food and our room was small with two beds together and not separated for our 17 year old son. It was just okay for the two nights we spent there.

Staff is above a ball excellence and the property is massive. The properties full of greens and trees and is paradise. The property is so large. I even got lost almost every day which I enjoyed because every path leads to different water fountains or swimming pool areas and different animals to view Wildlife is amazing.
