I wish I could have loved it.. but my husband fell ill on the day we were suppose to be there. I have been trying to get a refund but no one will give me one. No one can forsee an illness. You asked for dr excuse and I sent it and then said no refund! I was planning on coming there with my refund. I'll make sure to let everyone know how Sunscape Cancun all inclusive resort and expedia really treat their guests!

The beach was nice but it did have a lot of seaweed. The food was good but need more options daily for the buffet. After 4 days you will get tired of the same food options. The staff was awesome and attentive. Garden view was not actually a garden view so I will never get garden view again. It will be nice to have more entertainment. And also a sports bar would be nice for everyone and not just VIP members. I would def recommend this resort.

I can’t wait to go back to Sunscape! The staff is incredible!! So kind and helpful. They made sure you’re aware of everything on site, restaurants, activities within the resort and outside of it. Housekeeping is fantastic! Everyone made sure you felt comfortable and amazing hospitality; I can’t stress enough how great all staff members are. I’m already looking at when I can go back!! Also, food options are wonderful!! Buffet and menu items! Love love love Sunscape!! Only 15 mins from airport, too!!

The hotel it self is nice if you are looking for a family friendly place. We found it very boring because there was only one pool, no hot tubs unless you pay for the spa and limited events for adults. Personally we will not be coming back but if we had kids maybe. I also wish you could take your food to your room :/

This hotel was amazing! The staff was really good, the restraints were really good too. One thing I always feel my hotel is missing is tacos, and this resort had a taco bar everyday which was really good. Amazing place with an amazing beach!
