Rooms were clean. Food was good for the most part. Entertainment and activities were fantastic. Our biggest knock against Sunscape was the pools. They were too cold for our kids. Luckily the beach is excellent and we could spend some time there.

Clean room and common area, courteous and friendly staff, breakfast & lunch excellent, dinners only ok. Cabana rentals and service was excellent. We had a great stay less wine bottle costs and quality of dinners. Great vibes!

We had an ocean front room and it was beautiful as well as spacious. Bartenders in the lobby bar were very friendly. The bar could use a few more tables and chairs. It was a fun place to hang out after dinner but not enough seating. We liked that there were so many options to get food. The taco stands by the pool, cafe that was open late and early, the grill, sweet shop and of course all the restaurants. We loved the Asian, Italian and Mexican restaurants for dinner. It would be nice if all specialty restaurants had pagers since they don't take reservations. There were some nights when we put our name on multiple lists to try and get in for dinner. We had to return to each restaurant check for an available table. We preferred the main restaurant for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and prompt in greeting us and taking beverage orders. One morning at Azul I had to get my own coffee even though there was staff cleaning tables all around us. Also the chilaquiles station would be better as a make yourself. There was rarely anyone around to make the chilaquiles and the two times we got them it seemed like it was an inconvenience. One negative was the number of times a day we were asked if we were interested in spa services when we were by the pool. It was 4-5 times a day, every day. Overall we had a great time and would return.

For the price we paid, out room was a nice junior suite with totally separate bathroom, sitting room, and balcony. The value at this resort for what you get it excellent. Overall, it was great. No reservations at the restaurants but if you go about 40 minutes before, they will put you on the waiting list (was around 40 min for each one) then go for a drink at the bar. The beach was fantastic.lots of seats on the beach.

We were at Sunscape Cancun all inclusive resort for 7 days. We were 8 people with 2 babies. All of us had a great time. It’s clean, amazing staff, tons of vegetarian food options, all restaurants are amazing. Hotel layout was really convenient. Swimming pool, lobby, room, restaurant were located convenient next to each other. We been to this resort 2 times before when this was a different name. Book this resort and you will have a wonderful time!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Absolutely one of the best vacations I’ve had in 50 years. From the moment we arrived, the employees were exceptional—consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful in every respect. Without mentioning specific names, I want to highlight that the Hotel General Manager and the Concierge staff represented the very highest standard of hospitality. Their professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail were on par with — and in many ways exceeded — the finest luxury hotels I have stayed at over the years. The room we were put in was right outside one of the main elevators and the hallway echoed really bad. You could hear everything and everyone at all hours of the day. This made for a very non-relaxing stay. There were two days in a row that house cleaning completely skipped our room but cleaned the room next door. I had to ask twice for clean towels among other things. There were not enough lounge chairs around the pool area. Half the days of our stay we were not able to enjoy the pool. The pool was not very large and therefore when pool activities took place we could not enjoy our time in the pool due to limited space.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great entertainment for kids and families alike. The inly downsides: Some foods as well as all cabanas were excluded from all-inclusive offer. Still a wonderful experience.
