This place exceeded our expectation. From griesy ( beautiful lady that works there) to jorge and Miguel!! My family of 6 had a blast!! Rooms were great! Food was great!! Pool was fun with great entertainment! Lifeguard really was attentive!! There’s a cancun sign on property. If i return with my family it will be to Sunscape. Thank you!

The room is little bit outdated. Some staffs are very kind and helpful. The location is good and beach is beautiful. The Italian restaurant dinner is delicious, but the process is very slow. The internet speed is slow. The swimming pool is small. Overall, the price matches the service and everything. I will definitely try other hotels next time!

We stayed at sunscape resort for 6 nights as family with our two daughters. The atmosphere was welcoming and the resort is clean. The staff were always kind. Our room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. We loved the pool area, especially the activities for kids. The beach was beautiful and easy to access. The food overall was good specialy the buffet. Noberto the guy at the buffet was very kind & we also loved the kind employe who was everyday at the burger station on the kids pool side. If I could suggest anything to improve, it would be the employes at the lobby trying to show you around after checking in & trying to sell you activities. Please let the guest cawlm & let them go their own way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would [recommend/not recommend] this resort to [families/couples/etc.]. We would definitely consider returning.

Great family vacation spot. Not too big but plenty of dining options. Kids (ages 10 & 12) had a great time too! Protected turtle area on the beach was fun to ask questions and see baby turtles. Staff members were excellent! Comi no back again in 2026!
