Had a 7 night stay & Im already looking to book again! After numerous stays at different hotels, I have finally found one that I can say has great views, GREAT food, and clean rooms. Every room is equipped with a hammock on the balcony which was a nice plus. Booking photos & excursions in the lobby was quick and easy, all staff were polite. Room service came everyday & mini bar was stocked daily. Drinks were great. I overall had a great time! Guillermo & I believe Anthony were very nice & helpful !! :)

Great amenities. Restaurants are above average. Italian place Viaggio is very good. Casa de Rosa the Mexican place is very good. Rest are just ok..both pools are the great. The staff is very friendly. Excellent check in and checkout process at the resort. Excellent location on the hotel strip on Cancun. Will definitely visit again

We stayed at this resort from 11/22-11-26. It was a quick short trip for us. We have gone every year to Cancun and enjoyed all the excursions Cancun has to offer. This year we wanted to really enjoy the resort and the beach. Everything was great, by far the best resort we have stayed at. Lots of entertainment through out the day, lots of food available. Food is great, staff is great! Except, the timeshare folks. Those folks will talk to you every single time you are walking out to the pool area. They will chase you down. That was the only inconvenience we experienced. We did not enjoy being approached by several members multiple times a day everyday. I understand when guests are first arriving and the initial conversations, but at this point it was a bit excessive. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Service was excellent. Rigo waitress awesome. Front lobby workers excellent. I lost my cell phone. Josephina from front desk was very helpful. She found my cell. But, but the food was like a poison. There some adding ingredients that made people stomach sick every night after dinner. Pain and diarrhea. Plese correct this. Thank you for your service.

The hotel was overall fair. Our first room had a slight smell coming from the AC, but when we asked to change rooms, the staff understood right away and moved us without any issue. The location is great, and the staff were friendly. For the price we paid, the hotel was okay, the room finishes weren’t amazing, but the accommodation was fine.

The room was clean and the staff was great. Our first encounter was Miguel who works with TCP, he made sure we knew where everything was located in the resort and that helped us a lot. He was very informative. The view from our room was amazing. I saw the sun rise every morning. I will definitely return.

The wait staff were incredible - a special shout-out to the Ventanas staff and in particular Paola, Miguel, Manuel and Santiago. Violeta and Miguel of Guest Information were incredible! Would have been nice to make a reservation at the specialty restaurant instead of showing up and being told there was a 45 minute waite.

When we arrived in the morning we couldn’t check in to our room until the evening. We didn’t have hot water for 3 days so complained and were upgraded. Met a few other people with the same issue. The resort seemed understaffed. We wouldn’t get a coffee until we had almost finished eating. Lucia at the buffet was so amazing and welcoming! The beach was gorgeous but the pool was a bit small for how many people were at the resort. The entertainment was good, and the food was good.

The staff is by far the best I have ever experienced. Everyone was so polite and willing to make our trip a great one filled with fine memories. I wish there was more to do at the resort but other than that, I was extremely happy
