This is a nice smaller resort with good service and in the middle of the hotel zone. With how busy it was during the holiday season, it was almost impossible to get a table at one of the restaurants as they did not accept reservations. We ended up eating at the buffet most of the nights. The resort has two pools, but no swim up bars and the water is not heated. As this was our 9th time in an all inclusive resort, we found the food to be good quality, but were hoping for a larger variety (especially veggie options) as we had in other resorts we visited. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The staff were great, the beach/ocean spectacular, and the food was delicious. However, there were a few issues. For a resort of that size to only have two working treadmills is unacceptable. A lot of people come to these resorts not only for the view but also to improve their frame of mind and working out is one component of doing so. Plus, the public restrooms did not have toilet seats. That was pretty gross.

Rooms clean and overall the setting was enjoyable but there was evidence of construction, exterior run down and in need of plaster and pain. Seemed as the hotel was in remodel and 1/2 booked there were lines to eat at buffet and a push barely availability for reservations.

The staff was great , our favorite restaurant was azul our waiters Luis, Angel and waitress Yaneri were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us! We also had breakfast there and Rosa who was busy making quesadillas but always had a smile of her face. At breakfast Rafael and Abel were some of the waiters who served us and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a massage by Martha and Isaura , they were fantastic we were completely relaxed after that , they made us feel very confortable. Over all the service was excellent, however the hotel definitely is in need for some repairs and upgrades are needed.
