This is our third time in this hotel. We love the service, the cleanness in the rooms. However, we consider the property needs some renovations, we heard it was going to happen soon. The are of deserts could be better also. The staff has a great attention and service. Overall we love the resort. We love the kids area !!! So many activities for Our kids. The spa is great I loved my service. I would only wanted to have better communication, as I didn’t get to enjoy the jacuzzi because when my massage was done they close the jacuzzi.

This was our 1st time experiencing an All-Inclusive resort and we enjoyed it very much. The room, food, service/staff, drinks and entertainment were wonderful! The only downside was the restaurant Azul, we had dinner in a dead zone (a corner where the fan wasn't hitting us), there was no air flow and were not comfortable as we waited for our food. Thank you so much and we plan to be back!

All about this Hotel is excellent! From the people: Alessandra in the reception, our roomkeeper Wendy and Miguel providing service around the pool, to the accomodations, restaurants and entertaintment. It was okay.

Was disappointed that when we arrived for lunch the only option was the buffet. We asked prior to booking if they had a sushi restaurant and if it would be open. They said yes, we got ready and went around 6pm and were told that it was closed for the night. We had a great time at karaoke but sad it ended so early, especially when everyone was excited and tons of people signed up.
