The whole experience from start to finish. No reservation à la cart is a game changer. Less stressful approach. Everything was within steps….coffee right outside the elevator. Food was incredible no matter where you ate. Absolutely enjoyed it 👌

We are 3d time in Cancun and we liked this Hotel the most. We liked it for close distance from your room to the beach, restaurants and activities. Food was great! All staff are really nice! We liked our room that it had one king and one double bed that what exactly we were needed. Room was clean, shower worked great. No one bothered us with any presentations to buy points or membership. So, we plan to come back to this hotel in the future again!

I think this resort is a really great option for families looking to see the best beaches in Mexico! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and would give it an 8/10. Our room was fantastic and super clean and the oceanfront room was spectacular. The beach and pool area were terrific and we enjoyed the water each day. The only negatives for us were that the resort seemed to be catered more to families with loud areas, family entertainment, constant music, but that’s on us for not doing the best research beforehand. The food was decent, and bountiful, but the dinners lacked significantly. And as always… everyone is trying to upsell you on everything. Regardless, we had a great time.

Book ANYWHERE but this hotel!! They screwed us at every turn. We booked a 'junior suite" with a "lagoon view". Out room was dirty, stunk like garbage, and had a view of a wall and a mini golf course. Not what was promised, and honestly, grosser than any Motel 6 I've ever been to. The staff was incredibly rude. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and genuinely unpleasant. The drinks were watered down crap, and the food was inedible. The food was so bad, my fiance couldn't eat any of it, and me, I'll eat anything, but even I couldn't stomach it. It was all microwavable trash. We tried to have dinner at "Casa De Rosa" which was part of our all inclusive trip. We were turned away with them saying that, they were full. Literally HALF the tables in the restaurant were empty. When I spoke with a manager, they were very rude. They told us that, they don't have "lagoon view" rooms, although that term was directly from their website. When we asked why we could not eat at the restaurant, they shrugged and told me it was my problem. Never ever again! They lied to our faces and screwed us out of a lot of money. We were also constantly badgered by people in the lobby trying to sell us trips, or massages, or whatever else they could come up with We couldn't even stand still without being approached. There are so many good hotels in Cancun. Go to any other hotel in Cancun but this one!!!

Fall Family Vacation Our family vacation at the resort was disappointing. Despite thorough research, the reality didn’t match the photos. We booked a non-smoking ocean-view room, but it had a blocked view and a dark, cave-like decor. Upon arrival, we found stained sheets and towels, and the staff was initially unhelpful when we reported the issues. Although they eventually offered a new room, all three rooms had problems, including a loud AC. The food was decent but repetitive, and the entertainment was lacking after 9:30 PM. The highlight was an incident involving a fight that led to an arrest. On a positive note, the beach was beautiful and the staff was friendly. However, due to the room issues and lack of entertainment, we won’t be returning. The resort's online photos appear outdated, and we expected a better experience.

This resourt was wonderful! Lots of great food selections, daily activities starting at 7:30 am - 11 pm. Nightly shows at 8 pm great for all ages. Beach was beautiful, rooms are very spacious. Staff were so kind and helpful. We did go to the Hyatt rewards program presentation to receive a $200 USA gift card we used for tours. Would love to go again.

Older building showed its wear & tear. The staff in all service areas were exceptionally friendly. Julio in the Candy Shop had a smile on him all day, every day. Great food options for everyone. 24/7 coffee shop was a smart idea. Entertainment throughout the day. My young adult girls would love a DJ night dance party for part of their stay instead of live singer every night. Only downfall - shower water was cold the entire week. could not get it warm no matter how long we ran it for.
