Everyone in the resort is so friendly and welcoming, the resort is very well maintained, rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. They have fun activities throughout the day. Food is really good, especially the Ventana buffet and At Sunset. We enjoyed every minute of out vacation and wish we could have stayed longer.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay at the Sunscape Resort and spa.. Had 4 days trip.. Relaxed alot on beach and had delicious food at different restaurants within.. There were lot of activities in the resort as well and you can take/buy additional activities from Aquaworld.. Package for 3 was best to choose..

The resort was much smaller than I expected, even after online research. which in some ways was nice, you are always close to your room. Everything happens in the lobby area, music, shows etc. so it can be a bit crowded. The resort is on the older side, but well kept up and very clean. We enjoyed 90% of our food, acutally some of the better food overall compared to the many other resorts we have been to. Worsed for us was the beds and pillows- which is all personal preference, but both my wife I woke up with sore backs ever morning, somethinhg that really doesn't happen to us.

Highly Recommended….. Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt exceeded my expectations. The food at all the restaurants—especially the Italian and Mediterranean options—was outstanding. The service throughout the resort was excellent. Beautiful beach, great pools, and fun pool bars made the stay even better. Would definitely return.

Food all the time available! While the main restaurants are close , there are hamburgers, tacos, hotdogs stands by the kids pool , bar area and by the main pool! Excellent service ! Best of the hotel is that there are Mexican , Mediterranean, Asian and international restaurants onsite!

I had the most amazing experience at Sunscape Hotel. We visited for my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by decorating my bed with balloons and a “Happy Birthday” sign. But the real magic happened that night, my fiancé proposed with the incredible support of the hotel team, especially ANA, the concierge, who helped him plan every detail. It truly felt like a movie scene: candles, a red carpet, huge “Marry Me” letters, and a beautiful romantic dinner with wine and champagne. Even beyond the proposal, everything at the resort was outstanding the food, the staff, the cleanliness, and how well maintained the entire property is. I couldn’t have asked for a more special and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Mediocre at best. I break it down by category: Check-in was painful with a the grumpy desk clerk that couldn’t be bothered to project her voice. She didn’t tell us about the QR code with the resort map and events schedule so my friend and I didn’t get clued in until we finally went back to ask about our eating options. We were greeted by two timeshare people that made us believe that they were going to be helpful hotel employees and ended up pitching sales to us. I didn’t appreciate my time being wasted like that. They were pushy also. Food: mediocre- lacked seasoning, some stations were closed on several days. It was obvious that they were understaffed. Often times the chefs looked stressed and would bicker with each other. One of the other guests raved about the food, but as a Latina with experiencing eating at Mexican restaurants in the United States, I was thoroughly disappointed. The one thing we really enjoyed was the food cart by the poolside. That was always a good option. As well as the breakfast buffet. Drinks: their drinks are free, but of POOR quality. I always ended up with a headache and never ever felt buzzed. Also, It wasn’t until a couple days in that I realized that the cups were recycled. Each time I drank, I commented to my friend that the cups stank. As soon as I put two and two together, I stopped asking for drinks. I requested to be moved to another room, I think they overbooked. I wasn’t moved until the next day. I didn’t get my Expedia experience, no free champagne, etc. The first room was on the end of the last building, not connected to the resort! Nope! construction, one little flimsy gate between the public.The sliding door didn’t lock. Definitely not a four star! too many children! Suggestion! They should turn the main pool into an adult only pool! Food was good.

Had a wonderful experience, staffs are amazing people. The location and amenities are also very good. Daily entertainment is also great. Only downside was I didn’t like the bedding in my room, pillows and mattress could be more comfortable. But overall a great place to visit and enjoy.
