The food and the staff were fabulous! The resort is smaller and easy to get around. The poolside taco stand was absolutely delicious, not to mention convenient. It featured a variety of meat and seafood to choose as well as a different bbq daily such as ribs or jerk chicken.

The room was clean and housekeeping kept on top of towels etc. Our room had a Expedia banner on the door. But it seemed like not many rooms were occupied in our area. As there was a lot of construction around and it’s off the side. Where everyone else seemed to be staying in the main building. Entertainment was good. The silent disco is a blast. The main pool was dirty at times which is surprising with no pool bar. The teen area is very hidden and had no teens up there as they don’t speak of it at check in. There were still a lot of kids in the main people even with their being an amazing kids side with slides and a pool. If my kids were younger I would of been on that side

The room was good. Housekeeping amazing. Most services were good. Events and entertainment was mostly good. They need to leave the volleyball net up longer and especially when people want to keep playing. The guy on the beach is phenomenal!!!! His name is Fernando! He is the best!!!! We stayed here when Wyndham owned it one year prior. For the most part, everything is the same but don’t expect to get alcoholic drinks before 11 am. Before it was 10am. Not sure the change but an issue

We’re not big all-inclusive people anymore, but my wife and teen daughter and I wanted a quick and affordable winter escape. I’m glad we chose Sunscape. The staff is well-trained and professional, the property is well-kept. Food is above average for an all-inclusive. Beautiful beach, nice pool, property is big enough but not enormous. We liked not having to hit reservation times and had no trouble eating at whichever restaurant we chose. Wife enjoyed morning yoga and both ladies had massages. Three days and four nights is about my limit for this type of property, and it was well spent.

I love the resort, staff was very welcoming, resort was on a smaller side so very suitable for me with 2 small kids 5 and 2. The restaurant were awesome and the food was really good at Azul. The dinner at buffet area was not up-to the mark on a particular night which was only negative experience for me. I love the beach which was spectacular and all the fun activities conducted by the amazing staff. Looking forward to our next visit.
