We were at Sunscape Cancun all inclusive resort for 7 days. We were 8 people with 2 babies. All of us had a great time. It’s clean, amazing staff, tons of vegetarian food options, all restaurants are amazing. Hotel layout was really convenient. Swimming pool, lobby, room, restaurant were located convenient next to each other. We been to this resort 2 times before when this was a different name. Book this resort and you will have a wonderful time!!!! Thank you!!!!!

The room we were put in was right outside one of the main elevators and the hallway echoed really bad. You could hear everything and everyone at all hours of the day. This made for a very non-relaxing stay. There were two days in a row that house cleaning completely skipped our room but cleaned the room next door. I had to ask twice for clean towels among other things. There were not enough lounge chairs around the pool area. Half the days of our stay we were not able to enjoy the pool. The pool was not very large and therefore when pool activities took place we could not enjoy our time in the pool due to limited space.

I disliked that the spa staff repeatedly pressured us to book massages—it felt like harassment. The pricing was also dishonest: they first quoted nearly $400 CAD for a 50‑minute session for two, but after negotiating it dropped to $100. The same happened at the Super Bowl event, where they pushed a so‑called $900 CAD ‘VIP table’ for food and drinks that were already included in the all‑inclusive package. It felt like a scam targeting tourists, and because of this I wouldn’t return or recommend the resort
