The food was just not great, Had no hot water except for last two days . The lobby has seating in main part that is off white and dirty. They served food outside by pools daily and really nowhere to leave your plates therefore birds. The bar was large but next to zero places to sit. So weird . If you were not at a show u basically had to be in your room. Room was fine except hot water problem. Just def not as nice as places that I have booked previously on Expedia. The food is the biggest disappointment. The theme nights were not great and such a small selection .
Raw chicken in Azur Asian restaurant . Kinda just ruined the rest of the food fo the week . Italian place was the option .

Much needed getaway from all the everyday stress of life. This all inclusive resort was amazing. The entertaiment staff keeps you engaged thru out the day. The food options were endless. We've spent alot of years at alot of all-inclusive resorts and the food here was definitely the best. The buffet was average, but all the themed restaurants were excellent. The night time shows were pretty good, but they always had something going on, day and night. The staff was incredible and everything was clean. We will definitely go back.

I would give this resort 7/10, property is old but budget wise is good. We visited this resort becaue of family friendly but weren’t able to find any good activities for our 3 year old. They have this indoor playground but was refused because they want kids to be toilet trained and be communicable enough for them. Azul, viaggio, casa de rosa, sunset by grill these 4 restaurants were pretty good. They have a cafe shop 24/7 which was a plus point. Tacos and hamburgers from 12-4 pm everyday. The thing I disliked the most was spa lady, she would constantly ask you for spa and massage literally every hour of the day, atleast 5-6 times a day Customer service can be improved and if you’re visiting this resort be prepared to tip for every drink at the bar or food at restaurants.
