We accepted an offer to upgrade the rooms to ocean view suite with jacuzzi and very happy with our stay. The suite is spacious, with great ocean view, a balcony with chairs, lounge chairs and a hammock (which we loved). The jacuzzi was really nice and relaxing. The beach is beautiful and clean. All the staffs we met are very courteous. Food was great and plentiful and we were stuffed! We enjoyed the buffet the most. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment included at the resort, both the magic show and aqua show was wonderful! We did not bring kids but there is a very large area with multiple slides, both dry and water slides for kids, as well as mini soccer and a big kid club. There is option for early check in and late check out for a fee. After check out, we were allowed to continue using our wristbands to enjoy the facility until we had to leave (our flight is later in the afternoon). Overall a very pleasant, relaxing stay. Thank you.

The resort is beautiful, the staff are exceptional. The air-conditioning in our room would not go lower than 20 degrees celsius and our room did't get cleaned one day. Extra points for having a ceiling fan and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again!
