Resort was okay . Food is great especially the Italian restaurant. The waiters especially the men are so kind and friendly . I personally disliked the idea that you have to stand in line and wait to be seated at the buffet - Imagine needing breakfast and have to be in a line just to get a seat before getting your food . Resorts I’ve been to before you just find your own seat and a waiter approaches you within minutes . Secondly , the night entertainment is okay but there’s never enough seats for guests to enjoy any show . Overall , the people are good were my positive highlights . The hotel logistics need to be better with ensuring guests are not waiting forever to eat at an all inclusive resort .

First of all, the photo shown at the front of the resort featuring what looks like an infinity pool is actually only for the private rooms with pools. We specifically booked this resort because of that picture, so we were disappointed to find out it wasn’t accessible to all guests. We ended up upgrading to a different room with a balcony and ocean view — the one with the pool was much more expensive. The restaurant was decent, with a good variety of food and clear dining hours. The staff were friendly, and some dishes were delicious. Of course, we know we’re in Mexico, so we weren’t looking just for sushi — but we wanted it to be one of the good food options. Unfortunately, the sushi wasn’t good at all. We actually booked this resort because a review mentioned they had great Japanese food, but that wasn’t the case. We still enjoyed some of the meals and had an overall pleasant stay, but if we had known the two things we were most excited about weren’t as advertised, we probably would’ve chosen a different place. Overall, it was a good experience — just wish the advertising was a bit more accurate. Thanks, Cancun! We’ll definitely be back, but probably not at this hotel. Others can still give it a try — the location and price were good.

Staff super friendly. The hotel is super clean. You can see the staff constantly cleaning the areas and arranging chair after you leave the pool. The food selection is amazing. We had a great time. Lots of activities. The shows were fun.
