Terrible food and drinks... Would not stay here again. Dirty room. Apparently after they build the new resort next door this place will get a well needed update. No exaggeration the ceiling was literally falling down after raining... Room was gross. Sofa was so disgustingly stained. No idea how the reviews were so high for this place. I feel cheated.

The hotel is very old (40 years old) and smells of mold. The restaurants don't have air conditioning. There are no robes or slippers in the rooms. The food is unvarnished and the same every day. The entertainment is incredibly poor, and the drinks are incredibly cheap. I don't recommend it; this hotel urgently needs renovations. One pool is too small for a five-star hotel, and there's no jacuzzi.

This resort was outstanding. The staff was very nice. Sandy and her team of entertainers were very professional and very talented. Food was very good quality, choice of restaurants and so many choices available was wonderful. The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. The pool area, restaurants, and hallways were very clean. Our experience was above expectations. Will definitely return in the future and recommend it to our friends and family.

Everything was great from the food to the lodging. But I would have to say the best part of my stay was one employee who was in charge of the entertainment from the pool to the beach. His name was Cristian and he made sure everyone was having fun and being included in the activities. The attention to detail he brought to his work while making sure not one guest felt left out really stood out to me. I can say thanks to his fun upbeat spirit and professionalism my stay was way more enjoyable than I had expected, and all thanks to one employee.
