All food, soda, water, and alcohol is included, you even get a mini fridge in your room that they come stock everyday… they have steak, Italian, sushi, buffets and of course tacos!!! Omar the manager of the steak restaurant is the greatest manager any restaurant could have, the first night he found out was my wife’s birthday and had us come back to the restaurant to sing to her and then every time he saw us after that he called us by name, super good guy!!! They also have a entertainment team that plays games like bingo and water volleyball and does water aerobics, the entertainment team also puts on a live performance every night at 9pm and the show is different every night

The Hotel is super clean and our room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and attend every request in a timely manner. Food was also good. The only thing I would improve is the noise at night due to room doors slamming! and other guests yelling/laughing in the corridor… not sure if they can advise guests to use indoor voice in the corridors after midnight. The beach is gorgeous, unfortunately the seaweed was too much we couldn’t enjoy it but that’s nature, nothing to do with the Hotel, just bad timing for us. I will definitely recommend this Hotel!

Worst all inclusive experience. Food was really bad. Pathetic. They cancel restaurant reservation if you are more than 5 minutes late, even if the restaurant is empty. Water logging in bathroom and sink. Watered down drinks.

The manager Gabriela was rude, condescending and doesn’t know how to treat guests. She along with a server are the 2 reasons why we simply would not go back. To top off the bad service we ordered room service once and we never got it delivered, we also asked for our fridge to be stocked up and nobody ever showed up to do it. Service was terrible and food was below average.

Good view, good buffet My feedback: They offered us a couple massage coupon if we join a presentation about the property during welcome breakfast. Later we found out it was a sales presentation for membership package, they didn't say before the presentation it was for 90 minutes which actually lasted for 3 hours. We didn't like the fact it took our 3 hours of time during our short staycation. I have no complaints for the sales person but for those who signed us up saying it's a presentation during welcoming breakfast. Not professional

The staff was good as far as taking care ofe for my birthday but the stay horrible. I wouldn't stay there again. All drinks are watered down everywhere which you have to pay for premium drinks so im not sure was the VIP access was all about. The food was just ok not great except the Sushi bar by the pool. Now for my complaint: I had theeeee worst time EVER in my room. Everyday especially during the night and wee hours of the morning there was all kinds of banging noises and sounds like people moving furniture scraping the floor which made it difficult to sleep at night. The last night before our flight same thing but worse. 12 midnight someone or people were banging really hard on our door like the police scared the hell out of us and broke the deep sleep I was in. I was FURIOUSSSS but too scared to open the damn door. And you could hear people talking a couple doors down sounding like they knocked on someone elses door. That was a horrible experience and I wont ever be staying there again. I should definitely be compensated.
