Dear guest - we are not very good in german, therefore our reply in english. Thank you very much for your review. It means a lot to us. You have written that you had no private bathroom. We are sure that it has been mentioned very clear during your reservation. You should have mentioned that you preferred a room with private bathroom and we would have done everything possible to upgrade you to one of our rooms with private bathroom.
