Rooms are large and nicely decorated perfect for a family stay. Central area, good housekeeping and friendly staff. I liked that bottled water was replenished daily. Kitchen missing napkins & paper towels. Bathroom towels nice but missing wash cloths. Reason for 4 star rating. We would definitely return!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their politeness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. They are incredibly respectful, always ready to help, and consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Their beautiful smiles truly brighten the atmosphere. The room was spotless every day—clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel’s location is excellent as well, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The food was another highlight—delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. You can tell the hotel takes great pride in the quality of their cuisine. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely return next time with my family!

I caught staff removing my luggage from the room around 15 minutes past 12 noon, claiming they were permitted to do so as the room was booked and check out was 11am. Rather than contacting me or waiting for me - they resolved to a practice that is criminal in the industry. Highly recommend you try another location to stay at

Great large suite, awesome balcony and very clean but the wifi, TV and telephone didn’t work. Getting service on our cell phones was difficult so we ended up feeling unsafe without the ability to contact anyone if there was an emergency. We had to do everything regarding our trip (like confirming reservations, calling Ubers, etc.) from outside the hotel. When we complained about the Wi-Fi, we were offered another room where the Wi-Fi and phone also weren’t working, then gaslit for days about “IT coming to fix it” They never came. Housekeeping and the hotel staff will knock barely audibly, then walk right in without waiting for an answer. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price.
