The room was fine and the staff were friendly enough it's what we expected for a one night stay. The view of the ocean is a plus however, the hotel does not own/control the beach area directly behind the hotel as some resorts in other countries do making it a Wild West when you want to venture out to the beach. One cannot escape the feeling that for safety it's best to stay at the pool on the hotel grounds. The other plus is the included breakfast. while it is not as extensive as in other places it is fine since you don't have to think about where to go for breakfast.

I liked the hotel & would stay again. Staff were excellent. 2 disappointments - firstly I really think complimentary drinking water should have been provided in the rooms daily. Secondly it would be great if the hotel could provide sunbeds on the beach & some security. The harassment & ripping off from the locals was too much for me. I was jumped on the second I left the hotel gate & despite refusing a massage numerous times a woman started massaging me & then demanded $100 USA. It was half the price in the hotel! I would have liked to spent more time on the beach but sadly because of this it was limited to one morning. But I stress I like the hotel. Dinner was good with varying options & fair priced. Spa again good & fair priced. & I enjoyed lounging around the pool. I would stay at this hotel again.

For a beach resort, this place was not worth it. The breakfast had limited options and taste was mid, the room service didn’t clean my floors or replace towels on multiple occasions, and the front desk staff was not helpful when I voiced concerns (like needing more drinking water in my room). The resort also has no amenities for the beach, not a single umbrella or lounge chair, it’s controlled by a random group of men on the beach, whom you have to pay to use their property. For an overpriced Radisson, you’d expect them to cater a better beach experience. The best part of my experience was the view from my room and the rooftop jacuzzi. But beyond that, this hotel is overpriced and I would not stay here again.

Room 629 The room floor was somewhat dirty when we recived it, the safe did not work, the sofa was VERY dirty. The room in general was not in great condition. The jaccuzzis on the 10th floor were quite cold. Not the best stay.

Room was clean and comfortable.. nice and cool for the weather access to the beach but you must pay to sit a the Beach chairs FYI… Breakfast switches up just a little but the same each day mostly good breakfast though. My only issues were my refrigerator didn’t work and didn’t get changed until Day 4 of my vacation after asking several times and the safe had to keep being reset. Other than that it was a nice stay… uber was cheap.
