Hotel is beautiful but staff takes for ever if you need anything.....I mean you can call them as many times you want but they won't get your request done before 5 to 6 hours. Breakfast is below basic everything is served cold and they don't refill their trays. When checking out they will make you wait until someone from hotel go up to your room and check if you have used anything from mini bar regardless the fact that you need to get to the airport.

Hotel itself is not too bad but the service is horrible. We had ONE towel in our room and called housekeeping and reception a few times. No answers and empty promises. We had only one Towel when we checked out They only care about mini bar. 2 mins after we got in the room they sent someone to check the mini bar, and made us to wait to get someone check the mini bar again on our departure. They must have all the available stuff checking mini bar instead of servicing Receipts are not professional. We saw other guests’ passports copies left on the counter in full view to everyone. Clearly privacy/data protection is not their concern

I spent one night at the hotel. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and the location is great—right in the center of the city. If you want to enjoy the sea view or walk along the Corniche, it’s only a short drive away. However, I’d like to bring one issue to the management’s attention. My room window faced the parking lot. Although the window was always closed, I noticed that the parking gate made a lot of noise whenever it opened or closed for vehicles entering or exiting. This sound was especially noticeable at night and could easily wake someone up.

From the moment I walked into this beautiful hotel I was impressed. The decor is very opulent and the rooms are beautifully appointed. My room was gorgeous with hints of dark wood and gold accents. During my second day at this hotel a couple days later, I was in a suite which was also beautiful and comfortable. There is one issue, however, with the television as it did not work very well, and there was only one English speaking channel. After a day or so that channel no longer worked. I would advise management to maybe consider adding more channels for English speaking guests. The Staff, especially Minal, Fatima, Anas, Ahmad and Hussein were very helpful and always pleasant. The location was very walkable however it is on a very busy street. There are cafés and eateries nearby. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious and I looked forward to it breakfast every single day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers to Casablanca.
