The room was very spacious, sparkling clean, and very well maintained. We loved everything about our stay, except that the pillows were a bit too soft for our preference. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will book here again in the future.

Friendly staff. A lot of security which made us feel very safe. SM mall is right next to the hotel. Gym is big. We rented a car and had free parking which made things smooth for us.

They couldn’t find my booking despite showing them my receipt and reservation number.. waited over half an hour until they could figure it out .. highly irritating and unacceptable… just set a negative tone for our entire stay there .. never again! For quick comparison I had just stayed at the Shangrila in Manila and the service was night and day.. I know where to book now.. totally done with Radisson.. the buffet was mid.. a lot of the food was cold like the dim sum offerings..service was pretty much non existent and you have to get your own coffee…absent service and just expected a little bit more considering the high rating .. even the service to get back to the airport, was arranged while checking in.. and when we checked out the Togo meals were ready but NOT the shuttle service… they had to arrange it AGAIN and we waited an extra 30 minutes so it was rather stressful and upsetting that that detail was clearly overlooked. I’m so glad we did not miss our flight out of Cebu.. but dang.. this shouldn’t have happened. Bad start and bad ending. Just wow and not in a good way
