After climbing two steps outside, you enter the house and find a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, and microwave. There is a living area with a double sofa bed and Wi-Fi internet access, as well as a dining area. The house has two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm). A shower room with a shower cubicle and a separate WC complete the accommodation. The house benefits from gas central heating, a garage, and a 500 m² unfenced garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill/plancha are provided. Heating, electricity, and linens are included. Towels are available for €8 per person per change, and bed linens for €10 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €50. Baby equipment is available: a cot, a high chair, and a changing mat. Beautifully restored Gîtes de France house in a verdant setting, just a stone's throw from Périgueux, a designated 'City of Art and History' (St. Front Cathedral, Tour de Vésone, Gallo-Roman trail, Medieval-Renaissance trail, Mataguerre Tower, museums, etc.). 16 km from Brantôme (abbey and village). Also worth seeing: the castles of Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem, the Villars caves, the village of St. Jean de Côle (Floralies festival on the weekend of May 8th), the Truffle Ecomuseum, and truffle trails in Sorges.
