Passionate about hiking & nature, Nicole and Yves welcome you to a lovely authentic 19th century winegrower's house with character, carefully restored, nestled on a vast family property of 7000m² steeped in history - a former wine estate of which a bucolic remains mini vineyard nestled at the foot of the gîte - including a natural meadow with orchard (cherry trees, apple trees, plum trees, quince trees, pear trees, peach trees / picking possible with the owners' agreement) where free-roaming hens circulate during the day, to the delight of children! Quiet residential area nestled in the very heart of the superb vineyards of the Mâconnais, a stone's throw from the charming wine-growing & commercial town of Charnay-lès Mâcon, urban & rural, with its own AOC, a rich heritage (including a Romanesque church listed Xth nearby) & all amenities. Privileged environment totally soothing, in the hollow of a superb landscaped setting hilly with vineyards, meadows & wooded hills. Very comfortable cottage. Ultra spacious. Warm country character with contemporary accents of "country chic" spirit steeped in charm. Very cozy.
