We just needed somewhere for a quick 1 night stay, it was a lovely dark room and we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant on the premises as well so we didn't have to go out for dinner The staff we're very helpful and were very happy to keep my son's medication in their fridge for us. The only thing it could have done with is tea and coffee making facilities in the room Perfect for what we needed though

Booked for a 2 night stay to go to futuroscope, beds were comfortable and room size food but the hotel is very tired and looks run down. Bathroom was clean but smelt of bad drains. Breakfast was fine for what we needed but expensive. We were out most of the day so only needed to room to sleep/wash but next time i'd book somewhere else

La chambre ne correspond pas Ă  ce que nous avons rĂ©servĂ©, nous avions demandĂ© une chambre quatre personnes qui Ă©tait plus cher que la chambre cinq personnes qui avait uniquement des lits simple et une mezzanine au-dessus au-dessus du lit double. La literie c’est un dĂ©sastre, un matelas trĂšs fatiguĂ© sur une planche posĂ©e sur une planche en bois. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas complĂštement donc l’eau Ă  cou sur le sol il devait t’y avoir une bouilloire avec du thĂ©, il n’y en avait pas le petit dĂ©jeuner 13 € par adulte Est vraiment trĂšs cher par rapport au peu de choses au buffet du petit dĂ©jeuner. Il n’y avait mĂȘme pas de pĂąte Ă  tartiner pour les enfants, une crĂȘpe industrielle petits croissants et petits pains au chocolat surgelĂ©s nous avons fait une rĂ©clamation le premier jour mais Ă©galement le le deuxiĂšme jour la seule rĂ©action de l’hĂŽtel c’est d’envoyer un e-mail. Nous avons pourtant eu affaire le deuxiĂšme jour Ă  l’adjointe de la de la direction qui ne semblait pas du tout s’intĂ©resser et qui n’a pas du tout Ă©tĂ© Ă  l’écoute ça ça semblait mĂȘme la faire sourire. Nous comprenons bien qu’il s’agit d’une clientĂšle de passage. Excuse-moi, je me maquille mais est-ce que moi je me maquille quoi Avec des plumes qui vole tu fais quoi lĂ  ton pĂšre ?
