Toilet was broken took forever for someone to come then my husband said he just needed the plunger plunger did not work… phone did not work so he had to go to lobby again ask for maintenance guy to come snake toilet and he never came so we had no toilet. Happy we were only staying 1 night.

I love everything about this hotel, especially the breakfast plus you have a happy hour. The only thing that I can say is that the bathroom needs to have a vent because if you shut the door for a long time, it smells like mildew, so I had to keep making sure the door stays open but other than that, I love it would stay again

Too crowded. Ran out of food at breakfast and there’s nowhere to sit. The line at happy hour was so long to get a drink that we didn’t even bother. The elevators were very slow and one was down, so each elevator was always full and had to stop at every floor. Didn’t hotels are too overwhelming when they’re full, so this stay has made me decide not to stay there again. I prefer to spend a little more money on a smaller boutique hotel.

Check in was a breeze, as I came driving with my infant and older toddler. I opted for the valet and they were helpful and patient with my incredible amount of luggage. The breakfast spread is amazing! Helpful for me to either eat in the area or bring up to our rooms. I would stay here again any time!
