Room had broken heating, for the two days I stayed with small kids. had to go to corner store and purchase small heater to keep room warm. At checkout I had to bring all my luggage down the stairs from fifth floor due to multiple out of order elevators. Restaurant on site was not family friendly. No children allowed due to bar. Was asked to order from pick up area only to take back to room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff. The included breakfast was super nice with lots of options and the evening reception was also super nice. Room was clean and nice size. Not something in their control as I think 1-2 of the elevators were out of service but the elevators took forever to come and when they did 50% of the time they were full. Waited like 10min+ every time. The design also doesn’t lend it self to being super quiet

Nice hotel, was probably too busy for its own good between Christmas and New Years. Breakfast and evening reception were madhouses. Elevators couldn't keep up with amount of folks. But the hotel is nice, breakfast was very nice if you could get what you wanted without waiting in a loooong line. Had to ask for towels every day as housekeeping would take dirty towels but didn't leave fresh. Again, your mileage may vary if you're not there at a super busy time. We eventually got everything we needed, just had to ask or wait in line. Room was good, beds were comfortable, sleeper sofa worked well, kitchenette was good.
