The property was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. The check in and check out were smooth. My only issue is the cost associated with extras - for the price of the room, not having breakfast included (and 20 per person at that) is a step behind the competition, even within the Hilton family. I would probably take that into consideration next time I am deciding where to stay. With the expense of restaurants and entertainment in a downtown area like Chicago, having a free breakfast to start the day is an important amenity.

-Staff members were unkind, dismissive and unpleasant. -Room was decent but no fitted sheet on the bed, just a mattress pad when I called the front desk they said they “prefer not to use them because of the mattress size” but they could send one up to the room. Never sent it up. - Upon arrival we requested late check out, next day we confirmed the late check out before heading out, front desk attendant was RUDE and she “guessed they could do that but the lady prior didn’t even put it in the computer” - The $26 breakfast was inedible and gross. Pay $26 if you want cold cereal, and possibly a decent bagel. - The view from our high city view room was underwhelming, with a nice view of a parking garage. I will not stay again.
