The front desk had a sign saying, “If you don’t like something, let us know and we’ll make it work — guaranteed.” I asked to switch from a King to a Double Queen room — they were sold out, which was fine. But when I asked to change to a different King room due to an unpleasant parking lot view, they refused because I booked through Expedia. Rooms were still showing as available online, yet I was told they were all checked in. Disappointing experience that didn’t match their promise.

I came to visit for my birthday. Everything was great except go it the hotel stay. The room was so hot. I reported it the whole weekend. They kept sayin it was fixed, but it wasn’t. I sweat so bad the entire weekend. So my birthday was a flop

My room was very nice - clean and spacious and very quiet. The staff at this property, though, are beyond rude and unfriendly. My check-in and check-out experience were beyond terrible I arrived at the hotel at 7:50 pm. There was no one at the reception desk. After 10 minutes of waiting for someone to show up, I called the hotel thinking someone might come answer the phone. It rang for a couple of minutes but no one answered. I waited 6 more minutes and tried calling again. No answer. By this time a couple more people had arrived to check in. After a few more minutes I tried calling the restaurant upstairs thinking they were affiliated with the hotel. A machine answered. I left a message. A few minutes later I tried the restaurant again. The person who answered must have misunderstood me because she said there was no one on duty and I should come up to the restaurant and she would help us. So we all went up to the restaurant. Turns out the restaurant isn’t affiliated with the hotel and they couldn’t help us. The host was very nice tho. We all went back down to the lobby and someone was just arriving at the desk. I asked him where he’d been and he started yelling at me that that was none of my business and he’d gone to use the restroom and had only been gone 10 minutes. I told him I’d been waiting for longer than 10 minutes. He called me a liar and suggested that he cancel my reservation. When checking out, I wasn't greeted nor did anyone at the desk say good-bye or thanks
