I liked the convenient location of the hotel and the staff was really friendly during check in and throughout our stay, I can’t say a single negative thing about them, but the biggest con for me was the fees at the hotel during check in, Expedia clearly states “total price upfront” which I was surprised with an “Urban fee” during check in. Another con was my room was really dusty around the shelves, windows and nook. Overall I wouldn’t consider staying here again in the future.

The staff at Arlo Chicago were so friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person Plus, the location was perfect for our trip and allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean except that the bed platform around the matress was dusty and should have been wiped down. I also couldn't get the Esprsseo machine in our room to work.
