Loved everything about my stay at the Hyatt Centric Loop! They were very kind and honored my request for a high floor! The staff was friendly, polite and professional. So glad the hotel is pet friendly—the room was totally clean with plenty of toilet paper and towels. The view was awesome. The king bed was the most confortable bed I’ve ever slept in—wish i had one just like it at home! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Chicago!!

This was my second stay within a year, and overall the hotel felt safe, the staff were friendly, and the room was mostly clean. However, I noticed some details that could be improved. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned (with suction cup marks still visible from a phone holder), and the bed sheet had a small tear. The biggest drawback was the lack of snack or drink options. There were no vending machines, only complimentary coffee and water on the 3rd floor, which weren’t great. We ended up refilling bottles since going to the nearby 7-Eleven each time wasn’t practical. The most concerning issue was when housekeeping accidentally entered our room while I was in the shower, despite the deadbolt and latch being locked. They left immediately after realizing my daughter was inside, but it startled her. A simple “Do Not Disturb” door hanger could have prevented this, one wasn’t provided. Overall I would stay here again.

Great location & updated hotel

We had a great stay! We were tucked away on the 4th floor and liked our room. Loved the 3rd floor coffee/chill room!! The hotel was in a wonderful location for us and the staff was friendly! We did not like that the walls appeared to be thin… we could hear women in another room close by too clearly… it was strange.

A lounge at the entrance would improve experience

The htel's location was great! Clean and comfortable rooms.The hotel lacked a lounge, which made it inconvenient to meet up with guests. The elevators were slow. The amenities in the room were limited.
