This property is in no way deserving of a four-star rating. Upon arrival, the electricity went out for approximately 15 minutes. The room had visible marks and crayon drawings on the walls, and there were no blackout curtains, making it difficult to sleep due to both city lights at night and morning sunlight. If you prefer complete darkness for rest, I would not recommend staying here.
The room I received did not match the one advertised online. When I inquired, staff stated that “rooms vary,” which should be clearly noted in the listing, as guests book based on what they see. Additionally, the shower lacked any shelving or space to place soap or toiletries — quite inconvenient for guests.
Communication with the property was also frustrating. There was no direct phone contact; all inquiries had to be made through text or email, and responses were delayed. The gym facilities were impressive, but that was the only highlight. The living room couch was worn, uncomfortable, and sunken in.
Overall, this experience was comparable to a 2.5–3 star stay at best. I would not choose to stay here again and would recommend booking a proper hotel suite instead.
