Great stay.

The corner room was lovely. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room felt more like a nice apartment than a hotel room. Staff was very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed.

This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are clean. The service is impeccable, and the products!! The signature scent is to die for. It is now a part of my life. I had to buy a candle on the way out and have already visited the online store for body wash and lotion. Well done. There are a lot of choices in Chicago, but this is now my go to. Will definitely be back!

The property is gorgeous! Lovely rooms and the staff were fantastic, could not fault them at all! My only issue would be the roads outside are very noisy, we needed ear plugs to sleep. Other than that, absolutely fantastic stay! Would return and would highly recommend
