Un-lucky St Patrick's weekend

Floors were dusty, no shampoo in the shower, given a $25 food/beverage credit but it was applied to coffee not food. Received a text every morning about a discount on coffee that wasn't accurate or applied. Just felt like the weekend was too much for them.

I booked 3 guests 2 days there was only one set of towels had to call for more two days in a row last day had to call twice took them about 30mins, no towels in the pool had to call even come down in person to request them. No garbage bags in any garage can had to use grocery bags for them glasses were dirty and do was the floor, room that was booked on the picture was the one we got was way smaller, location was perfect over all hotel was beautiful wouldn't mind staying again I hope it's better

The location is convenient for anyone willing to walk- Cloud Gate, Wildberry for breakfast, only a 30 min walk to Chixago 360. Everything is right around you! And the hot tubs and pools will have you never wanting to leave!

I was very disappointed in my recent stay in 1618 on 3/03 to 3/06. My room was not serviced on 3/05. I told the front desk and she said she would have the remove refreshed. Someone left a couple of new towels in the room. At this price point, I would expect the trash and dirty dishes to be removed and the bed to be made. Thanks.
