A night out in the windy city!

I enjoyed the hotel. Definitely will be going back. Love the location, valet was on point and suite was amazing. I had a one bedroom last time. Next time i most likely will do a two bedroom with lake veiw to get that experience. Thanks for the hospitality!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! Every single member of the staff was so polite and hospitable- from front desk to dining to housekeeping. The unit was so spacious and had everything I needed for a month-long stay. And you can’t beat the location!

Excellent stay

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly! The valet parking was excellent! The elevator feature tied to our key card was a nice safety feature! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! One thing to note--the stairs does not habe an exit to the hotel. The stairs lead to an emergency exit and the only way out is through that exit! It was super scary to feel stuck and lije I couldnt exit, but it worked out ok.

Overall it was good but not excellent.I loved the room,the breakfast,the location,and the space.I requested 1 hour late check out and I was told by the front desk who checked me in that it was not a problem.The day of my checkout I was told that I should have let them know first thing in the morning and I felt rushed after that.Also I was told when I called to request staff to clean my room that I did not “qualify”for housekeeping,but the cleaner came Sunday early in the morning anyway!I had a sign not to disturb and she came 2x after I told her that I was in the room. I did not like that the supervisor also came to knock at my door wondering about check out when I was picking up the luggage cart in the lobby!!!! I have had better experiences and I was not impressed!!!i also asked the front desk staff who checked me in to let them know about late check out but apparently that was not the case!

Pros: 1) Stay was good overall. 2) The location was spot on and the hotel was clean. Cons:1) The hotel walls are not noise insulated at all. So if someone is having a party in the next room you cannot sleep at night. This happened during my first night at the hotel. Even after informing front desk the shouting did not stop and at around 2am the people partying got tited and that gave me the privilege of sleeping. 2) They hold an extra $100 for each day you stay. This was not mentioned when I had booked through expedia. The amount they say would be refunded 5-10days after checkout. I checked out today and, I am waiting to get back $300 that I paid which I was not aware of during booking. I will have to wait upto two weeks for the money to be refunded and hopefully they refund the amount without any issues.
