The attendant at check in was welcoming and shared all the details about the property. Being my first stay and experience with Sonesta Simply Suites I was very pleasantly surprised by the property and offerings. A legitimate gym with proper equipment and pet friendly are a couple of my favorite features. The studio suite is spacious and well appointed. I have a new favorite stay when I’m traveling for work and fun.

I stayed here for a week looking for a staycation. I had my newborn with me and based on the reviews it sounded accommodating. However, I found it more of a hassle. I do not recommend to stay here if you had children under 10 years old. As they mentioned it to me numerous times they are an extended stay hotel so they do not offer cleaning services, clean linens, nor have staff for any additional accommodations or requests . Such as opening a door for a new mom with lots of bags and infant or bringing up a spare towel so you do not have to wake your baby up and bring them all the way to the lobby to swap out a towel. I also paid for extended checkout and was locked out and had to travel around the hotel with my baby looking for someone to let me back in the room to retrieve my items when looking for a dolly cart. Also I would like to mention that it’s not ADA compliant and outdated they only have one single door to the main entrance and is not electric. This place is more suitable for a solo traveler looking for privacy and a place to lay their head at night.

My first experience at Sonesta was good! The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you need utensil wise. Great working space, however, there was no high speed internet as promised in the booking preview. I had to use my own data to support my needs as I was working while at the hotel. The bathroom was nice as well! Over all, the hotel and rooms are nice and spacious and offer lots of versatility. I didn’t get to use the gym but it’s nice to know it is available! The hotel offers great options for snacks in the lobby as well! Side note, I had a little friend on my wall at the end of my visit. It looked like a carpet bug which freaked me out lol
