The hotel was clean & tidy. All staff were helpful. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there were no drawers in the room to put things in. There were hangers & open shelves. But that’s just a personal preference.

I had an exceptional stay at Spark by Hilton Des Plaines Chicago O'Hare, and every aspect truly deserves 5 stars. The reception staff were warm, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless and welcoming, they evene helped me to set the internet connection on my pc, thanks Dana!. Throughout my stay, the staff service stood out for its professionalism and sincere hospitality; everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities that made me feel completely at home. The shuttle service was another highlight: punctual, clean, and operated by courteous drivers:special thanks to Sam for the great soccer conversation! I also want to personally commend Marie Romero for her warm, personal yet highly professional attitude, which added a special touch to my experience. Overall, the stay was flawless from start to finish, and I highly recommend Spark by Hilton Des Plaines Chicago O'Hare to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff Booked because we were able to park our vehicle there while we on our cruise for a very reasonable price. The shuttle was on time and also picked us up from the airport on our return with a quick phone call.

It’s everything you need. It looks old and basic. Toilet didn’t flush well. Water pressure was excellent. Pets should be on one floor and there should be a non pet floor because I was awaken by dogs barking.
