My fiancé booked the pool suite for my birthday. The bed linen had stains, furniture was outdated with rippings in furniture the mirrors were smudged and towels were dark colored with stains this place is not worth $450

The service was good and staff was great. I thought the steam shower was available in the premium room due to me looking at the pictures, but I should have read EVERYTHING on the website as it does state that the executive suite is the only room with the steam shower.

we got a free upgraded suite and it was awesome! I slept like a baby in the king size bed and enjoyed the shower/steamer and whirlpool. Staff was really kind and helpful. I also enjoyed that it was a lodge and not a hotel as it felt more private and peaceful.
