The staff was very friendly and the included restaurant credit is great. We enjoyed the drinks there. This is in a nice and more quiet part of downtown Chicago. The rooftop was nice and had a nice view.

The staff are Nice specially Maya. I had a smooth checked in with her. I giver her 5 ⭐️, but the room that we stayed in was kinda dirty, you can see the dried splashed of juice or coffee on the wall bathroom, the keycard holder inserted at the TV corner from the previous people who stayed in that room as well as the floor that there’s confettis everywhere, but overall we had a good stay and I’m happy that for the fourth time I stayed in this hotel our room has carpet. We can walk barefoot.
