Convenience should be better

Hi i want to say the stay was good but the facility could be better but its s a old motel that needs lots of work. The elevator was out of order and our room was on the 3rd flr. Its was fixed before we left which made things much better. Thanks for putting the call in.

Nothing was too like. False advertising on the Expedia website, paid more to have amenities that were not available upon arrival, run down interior of the building, clerks work behind bullet proof glass.

The pictures of the property are NOT current. It smelled and looked nasty. The pool had a cover that was so old the color was bleached out of it with large holes in it with green water and algae. The floors and walls were gross and dirty and smelled awful. DISGUSTING! Holes from cigarette burns in the bed covers, cigarette burns in the tub, scum on the tub. Lots of 'regulars' hanging around.

I didn't even stay! Checked back out, an hour after i checked in and went to stay somewhere else!!! I requested a refund for the hotel portion, but it's saying that i need to call in to file a claim. Please help?!?

The towels had stains. Thank goodness I brought my own towels. The shower had hair on the shower walls. The chairs was dirty. The pool look disgusting. The room for Landry had left over clothes. Terrible. I will never go back to this place.

The pool was closed and looks like it's been for a while, yet the advert boasts a pool and breakfast which was not available. The room was very dingy, and looked beat down. AC was great though, and the people there were nice.

Would never stay here again. Nothing worked very well, many things stated on their website that is incorrect…no pool, no coffee, no breakfast, no hair dryer in the room. Not a very safe neighborhood.

This place shouldn’t be listed. The swimming pool area was filthy and the pool was covered and filled with trash. There was no breakfast. There wasn’t even coffee. A police officer drove through while we were unloading our luggage and questioned why we would be there. He said it wasn’t safe and that they expected trouble. It appeared to be more of a brothel than a hotel. Very misrepresented on the website. Would love a refund.
